Exceptional customer service

I've experienced exceptional customer service from Samsoe recently as I had to return an item outside the 30-day return window due to covid reasons. They were quick to respond that this would not be a problem. Kind and helpful and definitely a shop I would love to purchase from again with joy and confidence.

Great customer service

I've had slight problems with GLS before, because they tend to not give you any information where packages might be.
I phoned them after a week, apparantly "the address was incomplete". I completed it and called again after another week. "The package was sent back", order status said delivered.
I wrote Samsøe and they also called GLS, heard different things about the package each day. It just seems like its lost.
Although its not their fault, I received the money back plus a 20% voucher! Thank you for the great customer service at Samsøe!

Thanks a lot for Customer Care from Samsøe Samsøe.
I bought an "L" size jacket from the online store while still hoped to compare it with an "M" size. Then I wrote an email to Customer Care, and I was replied quickly. They told me that though the jacket has been sold out, they helped me find that there still have one "M" size in the store in the city where I live in. I could go there to compare with it and could also change the size just bring the "L" size I received and the order confirmation.
Hence, I just hope to say that the Customer Care is really warm and helpful and has a quick reply speed.
In communication with them, I really felt I was treated with heart.

Defending & Promoting Samsoe...

I'm leaving this review as I was having issues with ordering online and was put on track and am now awaiting my delivery of a couple of hoodies...

I've scanned down at the below reviews and am shocked at what I read as I generally buy a couple of items a year from SS and the very reason I buy from them is for the quality and the style... Personally I've been very happy to date..!

I hope I continue to feel the same on arrival of my hoodies..!

Produits sympa visuellement mais cela…

Produits sympa visuellement mais cela s'arrête là. Qualité médiocre au vue des prix pratiqués par la marque. Flanelle de coton de très mauvaise qualité sur les chemises notamment (modèle Taka pour mon cas perso) malgré la production Made in Macédoine, la matière première, elle est vraiment bas de gamme. Et je ne parle même pas des finitions... En bref, une belle salade à la sauce scandinave.

Products visually nice but it stops there. Poor quality in view of the prices charged by the brand. Very poor quality cotton flannel on shirts in particular (Taka model for my personal case) despite the Made in Macedonia production, the raw material, it is really low-end. And I'm not even talking about the finishes ... In short, a nice salad with Scandinavian sauce.

Piece of junk

The worst piece of clothes I ever bought. It's not a skirt, it's not a underskirt, it wrinkles terrible and you can see through it. It came even with the label Samsøe Samsøe on the half way to fall off. Junk.I am very disappointed and will never again buy this brand.

I received a pullover which was full of hairs so obviously it had already been used. I complained but Samsoe said it does not classify as a claim. The sight of other people's hairs makes me feel sick so I have resent the item at my expense (€24,00 from Italy) which means I have received a bad service and had to pay for it! This is frustrating! Customer service however has been prompt in replying so I am now waiting for the refund of the item but I will not use Samsoe again and I will be back on this review page if I don't receive the refund. All returned products are being looked trough and repacked into new bags by our return department. We do not accept any returned products that are not in perfect condition. This means it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. In the light of this procedure, we can't unfortunately not accept a claim based on a picture with one hair on it. However, you're of course more than welcome to return it for a refund. We will of course handle it and refund your money as soon as we receive it.

Clothing poor quality for this price

I was suprised at the low quality clothing. I was excited when I got these clothes. I believe in investing in clothing and don't mind paying for it.

I bought a nice pant and a sweater. The fit is great, especially the sweater which has a well designed collar that is just a little bit higher then your average sweater.

Sadly the quality doesn't last. Just like my other clothing pieces I wash them with care. I want my blacks to stay black and my soft hoodies and shirts to stay soft.

After a single wash the sweater went from soft to hard and uncomfortable. The pant had pills all over it. I heard good stories about samsoe samsoe but I won't be returning.

I much rather invest my money in brands that supply better quality for a better price. Sad too because I loved your code of conduct.

True fit, fast shipping, good quality

Ordered twice and both time service was good: fast shipping (came in 4 working days to Estonia) and prompt replies from customer support.

Quality of items is very good.

Samsoe size finder also works in a proper way. I`m 162 cm tall and 91-63-92 (chest-waist-hips), I`m always between XS and S, so it`s quite complicated to find the true size online. As I know Samsoe is tend to be a little bit generous in sizes, so I ordered XS (it was also suggested by True fit). Maybe following information will help somebody to choose their size: Alain crew neck, Ester t - n 265, Sunella t-neck 3111 and Alsop skirt aop 8325 fit me perfectly in size XS.

Thanks Samsoe! I will def buy again.

Terrible fit, and return items must be sent to Denmark at customer's expense

Return items must be sent to Denmark at the customer's expense. I'm sure they are legally covered by the small print, but for the sake of customer satisfaction they should make that very clear at the point of sale. It's far from obvious that this would be the case: the drop down menu "Shipping & returns" just below "Add to bag" does not mention it; the website immediately loads British prices and the English language, and they have a store in London, so why would a customer assume that returns must be sent to Denmark.

The shorts that I purchases were far too large. I have worn a size 32 trouser and short for the last 20 years, if the product fits true to size a 32 will fit me perfectly. The 'True Fit' size checker algorithm embedded in their website recommended a size 32 Yet these shorts are comically large around the waist. That's because there are c.36 inches of material around the waist. In other words, this is a faulty product - they would never fit someone with a 32" waist. Samsoe do not indicate that the product doesn't fit true to size. Still Samsoe refuse to pick up the cost of the return,

Very SLOW delivery and POOR customer service

I ordered a jacket 4 weeks ago. After 3 weeks it had still not arrived, and I contacted customer service. At first they responded quickly and tried to sort things out. I said I don't want the jacket after all, and they agreed and promised my money back. But nothing happened, the parcel is still on its way, and customer service does not answer my emails any more. I will never use this Company again.

Amazing salesman from Samsoe Pilestraede

I had the chance to be helped out by Soren in the Samsoe Pilestraede.
First of all he was really friendly and immediately understood the pieces I was looking for. Secondly, he took the time and share his honest opinion. I ended up buying a lot of items on basis of his advices.
