I paid for stuff almost a month ago. I haven’t received the stuff. I asked where the stuff was on their online form. They couldn’t be bothered answering and sent a pro forma reply instead. I contacted them again complaining. They thanked me for my ‘positive feedback’ (NONE of it is positive) and asked me to fill out this form. So I’m filling out this form to make clear that they are pathetic in customer service, take your money and don’t seem to deliver. Looks like my child may have to go without their Christmas present despite my ordering it in the first half of November. I wonder if their CEO’s kids will go without their Christmas presents?

I ordered some merchandise on 11/22 and hadn’t seen any updates since then, so I checked online and other people were also experiencing delays. I found a customer support email and reached out, and within the day they were able to ship it out and respond to my inquiry. Although I was annoyed about the delay, their customer service was excellent!

Wrote to them and you get only automated responses they don't even review your enquiry, they are absolutley awful and I would urge people not to buy from them

I am writing this on behalf of my Mum. Order number - WSTUK64205. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on November 6th and haven’t received it and haven’t received any communication on its status or expected delivery date. Tracking the order shows as “unfulfilled” and when you call customer service no one is available, it asks you to leave a voicemail and then says you can’t. I’m very disappointed and upset about this as I have spent a lot of money to give my daughter a nice present. I need an update on the status of my order and if it isn’t coming, I need a full refund ASAP. I’m very disappointed about this company and the service (or lack of) I have received.

I ordered a T-shirt on November 16. The only information I can get through tracking is that it’s on its way with Royal Mail tracked 48. This has been the case for weeks now. Sandbag have not responded to emails other than an automated response that they’ll get back to me. They don’t pick up the phone either and there is no option to leave a message as the mail box is full which is also concerning. I understand packages can go missing and it’s a busy time of year but that’s why you need customer service and Sandbag have failed miserably here. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again and am worried I’ll never see my £40 again at this rate.

They explained that there were delays and they were doing everything in their power to fix it. A high volume of orders were received.
They made me have complete confidence in their company and I have no doubt I will get my order soon.

I ordered a jumper over 4 weeks ago, it was in stock at the time but I have not received! Sent 3 emails and no response and the phone ‘in box’ is full or there is no one available to take my call! customer services does not exist.

Very quick and courteous responses. Ordered something for someone and we broke up the next day so I unfortunately cancelled it, as it would not for me, and they immediately took care of it for me. Great service!! For sure will order again!

Recently ordered the nearly £400 Ultimate Collectors Edition of Jeff Wayne's The War Of The Worlds...arrived on time 14th Nov, that's where the good customer service ended! Reached out on the 14th Nov (the same day) as the boxset sleeve was torn, box dented, vinyl record has blob in middle of the grooves and 3 of the CD's have scuff marks...auto reply 1 received, auto reply 2 received followed by a instead of making you wait for a personal reply here's how to resolve things...oh wait the damage advice is to contact customer services. Email sent again on the 19th Nov...no reply. Re-logged under a new ticket on their helpdesk 26th Nov with est. 1 day reply...28th Nov again no reply to the original or the new ticket request.

When part of my order had not arrived, I reached out and was met with a response and resolution in less than 24 hours. This company was very kind and offered to send me another copy of the album that I did not get with my order with no questions asked. They were kind and so quick to be helpful. I truly value this kind of customer service and will not hesitate to order from this company again in the future, as they have my full confidence that should anything go wrong, they will make it right.

The original order was delivered promptly and was securely packaged. Unfortunately there was an unforseen manufacturing issue with it. However, the customer sevice team dealt with it very promptly and efficiently and I would be confident and very happy to order from them in the future.
