Köszönjük visszajelzését. Őszintén szólva nem igazán értjük az 1 csillagos értékelést, ezért szeretnénk pontosítani a rendelésével kapcsolatos tényeket. Rendelését június 16-án 20:30-kor adta le, és már másnap összesen négy e-mailt küldtünk a kisgancz@gmail.com e-mail-címre, amelyek tartalmazták a rendelés visszaigazolását, a szállítási információkat, a csomagszámot, valamint a számlát is. A csomagot szintén másnap átadtuk a szállítócégnek. A nyomkövetési információk alapján a kézbesítés június 22-én történik meg. Fontos megjegyezni, hogy a hétvége nem számít munkanapnak, így a szállítás a weboldalunkon vállalt 2–4 munkanapos határidőn belül valósul meg. Mindezek alapján úgy véljük, hogy rendelését a vállalt feltételeknek megfelelően dolgoztuk fel és szállítottuk ki. Ezért tisztelettel kérjük, gondolja át negatív értékelését, mivel az jelen formájában nem tükrözi a rendelés tényleges menetét, és félrevezető lehet a jövőbeli vásárlók számára. Bízunk benne, hogy a termék kézhezvétele után elégedett lesz szolgáltatásunkkal.
