The only issue I encountered was that I realized after 14 days that I had purchased the wrong product. Unfortunately, because of this, I was no longer able to return it. I had already bought three or four products from your company before, so I was hoping you would allow me to return this incorrect item as a goodwill gesture.

A fogyasztót internetes vásárlás esetén a 45/2014. (II. 26.)

Excellent service and rare item availability!
I have ordered from them twice so far—first a built-in washbasin for the bathroom, and second a kitchen faucet. I was completely satisfied on both occasions. The delivery was fast, the prices are great, and most importantly, they were the only ones able to source a basin that was extremely hard to find elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Everything went well
Everything went well. We expected to get the package a bit faster, but it was delivered within 5 days, which is still fine. The package was packed carefully, above expectations.
