Steve went the extra mile to get a deal done, and myself into the car I really wanted. Can't fault the effort in the deal. They were happy to address the issues I had regards the condition of the display car, to my satisfaction. The site facilities are great when waiting or looking around and the staff are friendly. I'd be happy to do business with Sascron and the team again.

A casual visit to the local Showroom to see a car I had spotted online, led me to being the very happy owner of this superb vehicle. All this was made possible with the phenomenal assistance of Simon Williams, who guided me through the whole process. Customer service at its finest, and much appreciated. Happy to recommend.

I bought a car from Sascron which had a damaged seatbelt. I was disappointed that such a safety check was missed but Sascron dutifully replaced the item promptly and without fuss. They even reimbursed my fuel expenses. I still however had to take a day off work as I am not local to them. On the plus side everything went smoothly on the day and they changed the belt while I waited.

Harry was professional and informative. Steve remembered me as a returning customer from 8 years ago. As with my previous purchase, the experience has been a good one. 'Used car salespeople' have a bad reputation and stereotype, Sascron didn't act like that with me which is why I returned.

please do, you tooke the car back as i refused to pay the finance (my own stupid decision) because you refused to provide evidence the car was not modified even thouh in emails from your director or manager kalem stating he would.

and your full refusal to provide a final outcome letter even after nu,erous emails and calls from myself (claims backed up via email trail)

alos for you information i had not done 17'000 miles as the car was used for a runaround to and from work, please correct your statment

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Reported to them my car was possibly modified, the manager promised me he would produce a pre sale inspection report and still waiting after 4 years, now seeking legal advice.
They ignore all requests for a final response letter for me to take them to the office of fair trading and the ombudsman.

This has been going on for years now, amazing how they seem to get away with it

Sascron, was more than brilliant as I was dealt with not only professionally but like another human being as all my expectations were surpassed by a member of staff, called Steve. Steve, kept to his word and empathetic dealings in terms of selling me The Fisker Ocean Sport vehicle which was on sale in their showroom. Steve was patient, understanding to my family welfare issue in terms of the distance I had to travel and without any reservation of doubt, treated me like he would like any relative of his own family to be treated. Steve, knew my needs regardless of the distance apart (Hertfordshire) and me being in East London throughout our entire two week in contact. I would recommend Sascron Superstore to anyone, who would like a service worthy of recommendation as seeing, no doubt would want you going back just to wake you up incase you thought, it was a dream. I would surely say, from the left side of my chest 'gratitude and salutatuons' to Steve as he is indeed 'a true gentleman of his word' and with that, nothing else needs to be said. No lie, Quality is indeed an understatement in terms of the satisfaction I got from my initial contact with Steve until the sale was completed, inclusive of Insurance and road tax assistance of course for Steve it was standard. Preparation of the vehicle was also standard but Steve made it his personal mission to see that 'the vehicle was fully charged, cleaned and test drive was inclusive also. Brilliant, if stars 🌟 given was more that 5 in these settings, from me personally based on my personal experience double that honestly. Bravo 👏 all around for me and my family, for Steve

This has been a great experience purchasing a car from here, Sanjay has been very attentive in every step of the process. He explained everything in full and it was my decision only on how I purchased, no forcing from him.
The car looks amazing and has been prepared in every way, ready for me to drive away happy with my new car.

We brung our car in for a clean and a buff out to get rid of scratches when we get back in the car the window panel has been snapped and the front camera has been damaged.

The whole sales process was smooth, the sales people here were not pushy and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart.

They were very flexible around when I could pick the car up and transparent around what services they offer.

Excellent experience with Kordian at Sascron. We were recommended to try them by our niece. She had an equally positive experience with the company a few years ago. So far an excellent car, no high pressure sales, no hard selling of additional unnecessary warranties or finance offers.
