We found his approach to be friendly, informative and very helpful in sorting us out with a deal on my new car which was agreeable to us and yourselves and to Sascron. All work that we found that needed to be done before sale was sorted in a quick and efficient way. Which enabled us to pick my shiny new car up in a few days. Had a great experience with Sascron after driving over to check a few vehicles they had in stock. Was introduced to Steven, who was massively helpful, not pushy, and quickly sorted me out. He was also a star when it came to resolving any issues (including my part-ex throwing a check engine light on the day I was due to exchange, getting one of his technicians to check the error codes so I could get it booked in for a fix), and ultimately I left with a new car, as a happy customer.

Sascron not only had a wide range of very competitively priced cars to chose from but the staff were all very polite and helpful. Simon in particular handled the sale of the vehicle and was very good at not only informing us about the car by answering all questions but also was very patient with our two toddler that we had with us. Keeping them occupied where he could so we could both inspect the vehicle, make a decision and then complete the paper work. Great service!

Had a great experience buying my Mini Clubman from Sascron. Had plenty of time to check out the car, take it for a test drive and make sure I was happy with it before deciding to purchase.

This dealer has an astonishing range of cars and all are very competitively priced. This certainly saves a lot of anxiety because I felt very confident that I was not going to be ripped off. Selling such a wide range of cars does mean that the staff don’t have the detailed knowledge that you get at a specialist dealer but I had done my research and it was not a problem. I was looked after by Harry who was attentive and met all my needs. Being picked up at Aldermaston station was very helpful. TBH I won’t going anywhere else when I next buy a car.

Simon was at all times very helpful with the purchase of my Skoda. There was no hard sell at all and he explained all the paperwork clearly to me. There was a slight delay on collection and because of that I was given a half a tank of fuel. Sales service could not have been better.

To be truthfully honest what a great company there was a little hiccup but how you need to look at that hiccup is during the health checks off the vehicle they come across something what had to be repaired and they did it more you can u say great customer service definitely recommend sascron car if you are looking

Simon let the car sell itself and there was none of the hard sell one expects when purchasing a car. He explained everything in a clear and professional manner. The after sale care has been excellent too and overall it has been a very positive experience.

Simon was a great help with finding us a new car, he was very patient with us and make the process very smooth.

Spent £17,500 on a car with them. On my first long journey had issues with the car and took to a main dealer who said the wrong pads and discs were on the car. Spent £650 rectifying the issues and Sascron wouldn’t help with the cost or even apologise. Would strongly recommend not buying a car from this company
