Wonderful car sales supermarket with great staff and great extras to offer. Really happy with my new car, now my second from Sascron in 6 years. Salesman Marcus was also an absolute pleasure and made the whole experience a joy. Recommend totally.

there was a large error on the day we expected to pick up the car(a Saturday) when we were told that the payment we had made couldn't be confirmed until the Monday,so we couldn't take the car.
then there was no tyre kit with the car,so one had to be brought out to us
then i discovered that the lacquer was peeling off of the roof and was promised a quick solution by Daniel Postan - that was on 25 August and over 2 weeks later i have had no confirmation of what Sascron intend to do about it

Steve was helpful and switched his personality and sales style to suit me. We had a good chat, he was personable, friendly but at the same time as being professional. The car was pristine when we arrived. All the staff were great.

I contacted Sascron about a car advertised on Autotrader. Quick response from Simon in their salesteam. Very helpful, and up-front about additional £200 cost above Autotrader list price to prep car for sale to public.
Arranged a test drive and very efficient and friendly. All employees in the showroom super-friendly and accommodating.
Obviously they wanted to sell warranty packages, finance, etc. but no unreasonable pressure exerted or unfair sales practice. Again - everything open and well-explained with the choices mine to make.
I purchased the car and collected a few days later. It had been prepped to a very high standard - minor scratches all removed and even a 1/3 of a tank of petrol to get home. Super-friendly and efficient.
I'd 100% recommend buying from Sascron and I'll happily buy from them again personally.

Poor aftersales service, told something when I bought my car that turned out to not be true... Only came with one key and a key card, was told only required this to set up my phone to open / start car so was happy enough with that, when I tried found out you needed 2 keys and they just came out with excuses.
they have now not returned a call I was told I would get back from them 11 days ago and haven't yet replied to the email I sent 4 days ago.
Wouldn't use again or recommend

Marcus is a nice and very informative guy when it came to the vehicle.

From the moment we stepped onto the premises. To the time we left. We were treated with respect. We were listened to.
The whole experience was very seamless, there was no hard sell.

Simon was very helpful throughout our purchase. We were on a very tight time schedule and although due to needing a part ordered it was not ready for collection on the day we hoped, he kept us updated throughout and even picked my husband up from the train station. The car was well presented when we collected it and we are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received throughout.

We bought two used cars from Sascron and traded one in. They have a great selection of quality vehicles at competitive prices. Once we had agreed a deal they were passionate about ensuring both vehicles were properly prepared and checked over. We were primarily looked after by Isaac, who was a delight to deal with, very professional and very customer focused. We took quite some time to agree on the second vehicle we wanted and Isaac was incredibly patient and accommodating.

We visited the company after phoning in to check on the availability of a car we really liked. We were seen by Kai Simpkins a gentleman. I saw a car I liked the look of on Auto trader and my husband contacted Sascron to discuss. He spoke with Jordan who was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the car and booked us in for an appointment to view the car.
When we arrived, the car had been cleaned especially and we were given space to look around the car while we waited on our sales exec Kai. Kai was friendly, professional and understanding while I explained I was a bit nervous to test drive as I hadn't driven an electric car, have anxiety and am ND with a disability. The test drive was great and I agreed to purchase however explained I had to make some financial arrangements first, so would collect it the following Saturday.

Kai was knowledgeable and patient, and I didn't find him pushy with the extras which were offered. I opted for the F1 paint refurb package and booked to return the following Saturday.

During the week, my husband and I did contact Sascron/Kai to check the car would be fully charged at pickup as we had a long drive home. There were a few slight delays in coming back to us but this is a busy dealer and we understood that.

On the day of pickup though, Kai rang to explain when the car was sent to him for final inspection, the team hadn't fixed one of the problem areas and the car wasn't charged. This meant we couldn't collect on this day which we were upset about as we had moved our plans and arranged childcare. My husband explained this to Kai and he was extremely apologetic and agreed to expedite the fix so we could come next day to collect.

We arrived on the Sunday and the car was fully charged, with the scuff sorted. Kai had gone above and beyond to arrange this, as well as getting the car cleaned one last time for us.

Although we had these problems I really feel Kai turned our experience around. He was transparent and I felt he did genuinely care about us as customers.

Collection was super easy and so far, I'm loving my car. Thanks to Kai for his help and service.

From the first phone call to picking the car up the sales executive was a great help.
