Marcus was helpful from the get go, he discussed our options and was patient with us while we also had our toddler to deal with! Make sure we could explore the car properly with car seat in there ect.

Horrible Experience!

Happy to report that I won my court case against Sascron.

Presentation of the car on initial visit, very good

Kai was efficient and helpful and we purchased the car.

We were promised a full service history, to date over a month after collecting the car, they still haven't provided this, they don't even bother to reply to my e mails.

The worst car dealer i have come across. Do not touch these guys. They hide behind "Motor trade Awards" which means absolutely nothing in the public domain. Isuue HW:
You make an enquiry on a car placed in Autotrader with no pictures or video of the car. Next thing you get a call. The staff tells you he is a senior consultant and the car is not on the compound. You request a video of the vehicle or photos but get assured it will be done but he was pressuring you for an appointment. Booked one next day. Still no photos or video. Get a call on the day from chap called Harry wanting to know what time I was coming (didn't have a clue of prev chat with his collague) . At that moment requested video or photos still not done. Arrive at showroom at time booked and received by Harry. Requested a test drive. Nope. We make a deal first then you get a confirmation drive . Wow that's a new one to me! We were not prepared to make any deal or negotiation before test drive and they would not entertain un. In my books customer comes at the heart of any business. So we left without a test drive or full inspection. I would stay away from these Amateurs who are hungry for the sale and your money but wasting everyone's time and effort especially when a customer has gone in to spend £20k.Good luck to them.

The car was reserved for intention of buying but your terms were unfavourable. They were not made clear at outset of enquiry. Had I have known I wouldn't have wasted travel 100miles and a day off (How serious can one be if not buying) . At no point did I say that I have already bought a car elswhere.
A good trader attitude would have replied with an apologetic statement unlike yours. You are too bogged down to sales. Try customer services or change your profession as your showroom does not befit consumer satisfaction. You have no codes of conduct for good etiquette and I am glad that this surfaced now as if when buying a car and finding faults later would be impossible to get anyone there to be answerable. Your reply has no names and speaks for itself. NOT WORTH THE BOTHER!

Ther staff were helpfula nd friendly and I didn't get the impression that I was getting the typical "used car" sales experience. Some minor issues with the registration of our car which meant that we had to come back and fetch the car a few days later which was a hassle but it was handled as best as they could and they gave us a full tank of petrol for the trouble

Follow up to my review. I collected my car today and as previously stated Steve was incredibly helpful. I find buying cars quite stressful but for once I didn’t need to worry. The car is immaculate. The F1 treatment to the paint work has made my car gleam.
My car has 4 new tyres too. Steve even helped me to link my phone to the new car.
I have not been incentivised to make this review in any way . I am not easy to please either. I will use Sascron again I am sure.

Excellent service from Steve, who was a real gentleman. He explained everything I needed for buying a car in great condition, had it prepared to a high standard and personally called to confirm it was ready. I highly recommend Sascron Car Supermarket and especially Steve.

Location was clean and welcoming - professional and efficient.
Took time to understand my needs and concerns - was not pushy and gave me time to make the right decision for me!

Marcus did a great job and was very informative and helpful. Only problem was I walked in to collect a car and saw another I liked which i might trade the wife’s car in for!

Great experience from start to finish. No pressure to buy just what you want when looking to buy.

Minus one star for pushing the warranty so SO much, but other than that a fine experience.

Steve and jorden was fantastic helping buy my jaguar F-type! Easy process and very helpful and helped explained everything clearly so that I know what I was getting myself through into ! Many thanks guys !

Edit to add; have now been asked 3 times to remove my review. Trustpilot offers an independent review process which should not be influenced by/ bribed by the company( we can only service the car if reviews are removed first) .what I have written accurately reflects my experiences. Please bear in mind the requests for reviews to be altered or taken down when reading reviews about Sascron.

Purchased a car from these people in June. Was lied to about the service history by Steve. When this emerged after I had taken the car home he was repeatedly abusive on the phone along with his boss kalem. They were so spectacularly unpleasant that my children still talk about the horrible car men. I also saw clear breaches in data protection with someone else’s finance agreement left out in plain view at the desk I was asked to sit at. I have reported the company to trading standards and made an internal complaint. No doubt the toxic culture within the organisation will prevent a true investigation, so far 2 months later I have heard nothing….
The car meanwhile has cost several £££ to sort out , presumably this is why they never serviced it/ pretended to service it… covering up problems.
I would urge people to avoid sascron and in particular Steve , he is rude, aggressive and not trustworthy.

Helpful staff, Marcus only had a few cars in stock within my daughter’s budget. On collection it was beautifully presented with two new tyres. I would recommend.

Modern premises with an unbelievable array of late model cars of all marques .
Prices of stock seems competitive.
Problem starts when you agree to buy , then the heavy sell starts on extras such as warrenty and paint protection,. This seems to be there only real interest so that they will have no further responsibility for the car . This is disguised as a concern for your future enjoyment of your purchase but is more likely concern for their commission.
Car was not ready when we arrived to collect nir charged as agreed . Some argument over the charge cables which are supplied when the car was new .
Although young salesman very helpful, left fairly confused, and not entirely happy.
After a week with the car have learnt that it has extended warranty in any event , there is an item on its service record which looks suspiciously like a repair to body, and 2non original tyres on one side which also points to that .
Is it worth complaining, hardly, they will have a plausible excuse ready .
All reason to maybe go to a main dealer in future .
I
