recently starting using Satago at work and worked with Sean on getting this set up. Sean was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions I had and to help with queries that i came across which he resolved quickly.
The software itself is great, no longer having to use excel spreadsheets for collections, credit searches linked to customer accounts and regularly updated, its made the credit control function a lot easier.

Matthew Kent, my account manager, was very helpful, patience and courteous and showed me what I needed to know. I have been waiting for this app for a long time and can't wait to get started. Game changer!!

I have spoken with Matt twice now to upload the system and also for training and he has been great. He is courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the system. Satago itself is amazing - it has already reduced the time spent on Credit Control by my team and as we use it more it will reduce it even more. I am really excited to see how much it improves our cash flow.

Wow just so so bad and so many issues and late fees after telling my my client was two months late. The software is crap, they are crap, it seems simple when signing up but really isnt. Try somewhere else!

I have used several companies in the past that offer invoice financing, but Satago has been a superb fit and refreshing change to the high street lends where it felt very formal. Satago has been easy to contact; in my experience, it didn't matter if I contacted the wrong person; they have always helped and got me the required solution.
I've been delighted with the flexibility they have offered us as a business and the feeling that you are dealing with people who want to help and know you by name.

We had a few issues with automatic syncing on two companies, the customer care experienced , particularly from Emily was fantastic. Following up, checking progress and keeping us up to date with progress at all times.
Would highly recommend the product, and top marks for the customer support .

Matt was very friendly and helpful. He gave me information on the different Satago packages and explained in detail what the best way forward was for our company and has made the arrangements for everything to be set up. All seems nice and easy. He even saved us some money which was an added bonus.

Just started using this for multiple client, the platform is great, easy to use and the support team are very quick and accepting of proposed new development ideas. 5 Stars from me.

We can tailor the system to suit our requirements. The system is quite easy to use. We had immediate results from our first set of reminders. The credit check facility is also extremely useful

Very easy people to deal with, simple link to Xero and very responsive to all our very many questions. We feel we made a great choice and allows us to be entirely flexible as to when and whether we wish to take any finance.
