I’ve been really impressed with the service from Saveco. My shopping is always delivered on time, and the delivery staff are consistently polite and generous.

Today, I received a call from a staff member named Asma regarding an issue with my order. She was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, and offered me an alternative straight away. Her professionalism and friendly manner made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Have been using online delivery service since covid. Good product quality supplied. Prompt response to emails in
Working hours. Prices same as in shop and food variety if products available

The delivery was ok, but unfortunately the vegetables that were delivered (Turiya, sweetcorn, sweet potatoes) were not fresh and had to be thrown away - which felt like a huge waste of money. Disappointingly, this has happened during previous orders as well. The cupboard products were fine, but fresh produce is not good.

In future, it would be helpful if staff could let online customers know in advance if the selected fruit/vegetable is not fresh, so that the customer can either choose something else or cancel that part of the order instead. Please don't waste people's money like this.

Hi. I highly recommend shopping with saveco. Whenever I have anything to sort out ,they are there to help me. Staff Shiraz and faraz are very good. Asma sister is very good. Naz is also a good employee working there. Few of them I don't know their names but they all go on and beyond to helpout their customers. Thank you Saveco. Keep doing good work. Where I am in south leeds, I used to struggle to get my shopping , Save co made is possible and easy to shop for me on my door step. God May Bless them always. Ameen.

It was my first time visiting their store (I have browsed the website before but never ordered).

The staff were very friendly, offering me help as I went round the store and was checking labels etc. The store was clean and a nice calm atmosphere, the butchers counter well well stocked and the both staff members very friendly. I was then served by Mahejbin who asked if I had been before, asked how I found it, asked if I got what I wanted etc. She was very friendly and helpful. Good experience and would happily return again.

Saveco was the only stockist i could find with “Orange Blossom Water”. The store was well laid out, well stocked. All the staff I spoke to were friendly & helpful, especially Asma. A bonus was the price was good!

Outstanding Service and Great Prices!

I had a fantastic experience at this cash and carry. The two staff ASMA and I don’t know the other name but it was a girl who assisted me were incredibly cooperative, polite, and professional. Their customer service really stood out.

The quality and quantity of the products were excellent, and the prices were very affordable. Everything was well-organized, and the overall environment was clean and efficient.

Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
