Very quick process, when I had to call in I spoke to Tyrese who was incredibly helpful. Sometimes you feel a sense of judgement when applying for a loan but I did not get that from him at all! Super friendly and willing to help

First of all you have to fill in a form but then go back over that form on the phone whilst the person interrogates you. They are clearly not based in the UK as didn’t understand service charges or what “avios points” meant when relating to a credit card. It’s long winded and although the guy was pleasant enough it is a lot.

I was told it would be paid in an hour of signing the form. An hour in I called back and was told it would be with me shortly. I called back half an hour later and was told it would be 5pm (3 hours away). When I questioned it I was told the original agent was training. Okay but what about the second? I explained I had a bill coming out and he did try to speak to a manager who said they would push for a 4:15 payment (????)
They asked “what do you need OUR money for at 2pm”. As if it’s not a low point enough having to go to a payday loan company. He said “you are needing our money so I want to know what it’s for”

Eventually it randomly got paid at 2:30 (which I was told was impossible)

I’ve never been so desperate due to unexpected bills and my partner being made redundant. This is a scary situation for me and this experience just heightened by anxiety.

I’m dreading the payback now if this is how they handled the first stage.

One star is too many, a waste of the customer's time. Furthermore, instead of the aforementioned soft search, they perform a hard search. Hard search with such usurious company!The customer service, specifically Lyle Philip, is terrible, with zero respect for the customer. Very bad experience

The member of staff Amisha was very helpful and took her time to ensure I understand each step as we went along. She explained the repayment terms also.
