Excellent customer service
Received quickly and was very easy to set up. Had a couple of teething problems which was sorted out promptly. Had response from same customer care advisor all the way through. Customer care was excellent. Battery life lasts forever. Very happy with my purchase

Gutted really , cancelled my order on me two days later got an email saying this after me contacting to ask why order hasn’t been dispatched & just told they refunded me & to top all that off my refund will take 5/7 days 😭😭 could of rang asked if I wanted a different one or anything really dissatisfied as my daughter bday is bottle completely destroyed

Cheap rip off crap "Findmy Tag" smart tag don't buy it
I bought a "Findmy Tag" smart tag. It says unlimited range and up to year battery stand by.
What utter rubbish! If the tag is in a car then the app doesn't function fully more than a few hundred metres away and doesn't function at all more than a few miles away. Used 30% battery in 3 days
It is shown as suitable for car and scooter etc but is just a crap version of an apple air tag.
