Excellent service and fast delivery

I bought the mini 49cc petrol scooter to try as I have an electric scooter at home and this beats it by far and only cost half the price I payed for electric so would definitely recommend also only ordered it on Tuesday and was at my door on the Friday so brilliant all round easy put together too so I give 5 stars will definitely be buying another

The only thing I got worried about was not getting a confirmation email following my order, I had to wait until I got a text from you which made me a little anxious but other than that I was impressed with all that followed and the speedy delivery of my scooter. The lack of an initial email though has not given me cause to mark your service down given what followed

Made the order a week later have my goods and I have had great customer service this is my second time ordering from scooter city and have had no problems

Bought a 50cc for my lads 7th birthday, spent a good 4 hours on it on the day and not been right since!!!! 1st exhaust fell off nothing major as easy fix but shouldn’t happened to a brand new bike! The pull start snapped! Phoned them as there’s 6th month warranty! They sent out a new pull start and exhaust. Then revs got stuck on nearly made my lad come off fortunately there’s the emergency stop button? Then had problems starting it was fine when warm but starting from cold was a nightmare!!!! Then started to just cut out! Took it too a bike shin costing even more money!!! Changed spark plug, cleaned jets and carb still same issue when getting home! So will be back on the phone tomorrow I want a refund £250 birthday present that has been used for 4 hours definitely avoid

Good easy service

I'm not as mobile as I used to be, so I decided to try a small scooter. Not ready for a 4 wheeler yet! So giving a2 wheeled a go.
