Very happy with how most things went but I thought that I would have came earlier then it did but overall I am happy with everything else

Out Of Stock Items
Had my order cancelled as the item was listed as in stock in the website however got a phone call a couple days after my order to say they never had it. Chap on the phone was pleasant enough and offered to substitute the items. Disappointed as I'd been looking around for months to get them. Perhaps an idea to remove out of stock items in a more timely manner??
