annual travel plan
bought the annual travel plan because travelled twice over the year. It was easy to add a country and there was no additional charge which I appreciate.

Delay in claim process
I thought that the claim process did take longer than I expected. Would have liked to have received the claim decision with in a week.

Travel insurance is a must now. These days anything and everything is uncertain leading to pre plans only covering so much. Having peace of mind is necessary so I can concentrate on my travel & it's purpose.

No trouble getting our travel insurance, even though we are in our 70s and my husband has a pre existing condition. Staff were very helpful. Fair price too.

I did a few claim for medical, denstist, glasses, and all finished perfectly.
But sadly when i claimed 7 days before expired, not responded yet, and already send email to asking but haven't replied yet until expired.

I had lost the wallet while travelling in Japan. The police report was enough to prove the accident. The pay out decision was prompt and in full as per policy.
