Professional service
I got my appliance delivered in order as it was arranged, no fuss. My out of order machines were taken away the same time. The driver (Sean) rang me 20 minutes before delivery as arranged. I would highly recommend Sean Hennessy Electrical and will be happy to buy an other appliance when needed.

Fantastic service
Fridge required was a challenge to secure and I was delighted to source it via Sean Hennessy website. Web customer service - a human! - was exceptional; very friendly and sourced all info needed. On line ordering was easy and delivery followed within 24 hours. Delivery guys installed fridge and removed all packaging and the old one. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Very responsive to emails. Fast delivery - we ordered at 10pm on Wednesday and had the new dryer in on Friday morning. Seán took away our old dryer, put the new one in its place, waited to see if it was functioning, and even took away the packaging. Would highly recommend.

Honest and so helpful
I originally rang looking for a dishwasher with certain features that weren’t available. Maryjane was extremely helpful and came up with an alternative solution by suggesting I could purchase additional glass racks for the bottom drawer online with Espares or Amazon. I didn’t know this was possible and I thought it was a very honest and helpful suggestion rather than trying to sell me something that wasn’t right. While on the phone, I also asked about condenser dryers, which she explained are no longer available due to EU regulations. She took the time to explain how a heat pump dryer works and its benefits. She recommended an Electrolux model with a reverse spin drum and I was very impressed with her knowledge and advice. In the end I purchased both the dishwasher and dryer. Both appliances were delivered within 24 hours and Sean the delivery man was very helpful and took away both of my old appliances which made the whole process very easy. Excellent service all round. Maryjane was knowledgeable honest and so helpful and the delivery service was just as good.

ASAP DELIVERY AS I HAD NO FRIDGE
I ordered a fridge from Mallow last Friday as mine had stopped working. I requested delivery ASAP as I had no working fridge and was expecting it to arrive on Monday or Tuesday of this week. To my surprise, I received a call on Saturday at 2pm to say they would be with me in a few hours. The delivery driver arrived at 5pm and even removed my old fridge for me.
I was absolutely amazed by this level of service, especially considering it was a Saturday evening and I live outside Cork City. With weekend traffic, I never expected such a fast turnaround. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and the service was truly outstanding. Absolutely amazing service, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be ordering all of my electrical appliances from here in the future. Thank you!

Bought a washing machine online but wanted to find out a bit more information on it. When i contacted their sales email I had a lovely girl called andrea inform me of anything i was confused about. She even offered to call me and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my new machine! Great service and I got my washer the following day so was fast too highly recommend!

I purchased an Indesit washing machine from Sean Hennessy Electrical approximately three months ago. Since then, the machine has experienced several issues, including a pump fault that was never properly resolved.
Despite repeated attempts to get the problem fixed, the situation dragged on for almost a month without a satisfactory outcome. A washing machine is an essential household appliance, and being left without a reliable solution for such a long period was extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately, the lack of effective after-sales support left us with no choice but to purchase another washing machine today. This was an expense we should not have had to incur so soon after buying a new appliance.
I am very disappointed with the overall experience, both with the product and the handling of the issues afterwards. As a result, I will not be a customer of Sean Hennessy Electrical again and would not recommend this experience to others.

Warning! do not do business with this person and their family! sold 2 faulty units, was no help to move either in or out of business, blamed customer for issue and did not want to check because “my unit don’t do that”. tried to not pay taxes like any business should. children at the place of business working for the owners and moving products whilst others run around vehicles. uses ai slop on business website and advertisements when it is so simple to take a photo or pay another small business from another small business. when taken second machine back a man proved the first machine was leaking and was faulty probing he’s machine do in fact leak.
