I got an account months ago. I never placed a picture. I wanted to check it out before buying any credits. Then couldn't find a way to get credits in a way that I felt safe. Very quickly started to get favorited and messages. This to me was weird as I didn't think there was anything about my profile that would attract attention especially since it didn't have any pics. I ended up forgetting about it for over a month and just logged in again to browse and found that I am still getting messages. There is no way I would want to buy the amount of credits needed to check out these messages.
I will say, I do see some profiles of ladies with pictures in the area they say they are.
In the end, I find the site to be suspect and too costly. Additionally, if you try to use a visa gift card here, it will get locked up. You'll have to register and call to try and unlock the funds on the card. Why? Cause they say it was an attempt to use it on a suspicious site. So, that just adds to more to the site being suspicious

Mostly scam site. There are some authentic users in there that I met in person, but a LOT of the accounts are bot-like (or employees) who will engage you in a conversation requiring you to use credits, and after a few responses they stop responding. Whenever I asked for a phone number, they'd instantly stop responding. I also caught the site multiple times setting some of my public photos to private which requires that other paid users use credits to view photos that I wanted publicly available. I think they're recycling photos and videos from previous users to setup fake accounts, have employees (or bots) start a conversation with you to get you to use up some credits and then vanish after a while. This went on for several months for me before i realized what was happening.

Come on TrustPilot, you guys are getting duped here on this websites reviews. Look at the names: Samantha, Trevor Simmons, Stewart, Gerald, PoppaD,Yosha, Henry Shiply Every 5 star review of this site, are the same bots making the fake profiles on the website. They have one review on TP, and it just for this site. They also duped me, I got ton of messages, enough that I thought what the heck I'll pay for some credits to reply to the messages. Not a single reply, they also showed my "secret " picture publicly, without telling me, so they're clearly not trustworthy. They also deleted my public description every time I posted a new one, and just put a generic tagline, which I didn't write. The whole site is a complete SCAM, just like their reviews are here. To trick guys into giving them money, and delivering nothing that the site promises.
EDIT: When I messaged customer service, they instantly deleted my account and locked me out, and emailed me saying they were going to refund my money within 10 days.

It can be overwhelming at times keeping up with the convos, but secretbenefits.com is a great site for secure internet dating. Many of the members are video verified. Thousands of very attractive singles looking for serious relationships. Customer service is great, and always takes care of any questions, or issues I might have.
Highly recommend this site to others.

The site seems like it wants to be genuine, but there appears to be no incentive or encouragement for the women to reply to contacts - and the reply rate is as poor as Tinder, but with a substantial outlay for sending messages.

The price of everything is 10 credits, meaning that a purchase of 200 credits is basically 20. so, $4.50 per contact. This would be fine as a method to discourage spamming messages to every girl and encouraging those of us who can afford it to use the site if there was a better reply rate than you can get on low-rent sites. I didn't get my money by throwing it out of the window for no reason. Perhaps credits could be returned if the girl never replies (with bot replies/message not counting)?

It's also a bit poor that girls are encouraged to add "private galleries" (which men are charged another 10 credits to access) - but banned from putting private content on them should they so choose, which is likely what people are expecting when they pay extra to see these "secret photos". This part of the site does make it feel like it is a little scammy.

I actually recognised two girls on the site already, so I know that at least some of the accounts are probably genuine. But that's the same on Tinder, where you can message for free with no worse a reply rate - and potential better results.

I was skeptical when i first joined the site never knowing what to expect but then over the next few days was amazed how easy it was to communicate with some very beautiful woman who messaged me back and have started up some amazing chats with them will hopefully meet with someone really soon. Overall, Sb has been a great site to be on.

I used a few different sites before, but this one has given me the best results for my money. All the responses are genuine and serious. I can finally have a chance of finding my wife.

At first, I asked the customer support if there were Bots, and they went and deleted my account.

1) I found out many of the accounts are fake women who Message you so that you subscribe to pay.

2) I read online many women have accounts there without their knowledge. Essentially someone from SB scrapes the internet uses their photos, and signs them up.

3) They track your IP, and if you ask them about the Bots, they remove your account and harass you via email.

Overall, the messages you receive from the women are 1 liners and you can tell they didnt write them

I don't have time to fantasize about a picture and I don't have time to keep putting coins in the machine talking to a screen while hoping that the woman's real. I have a zero tolerance for BS and games.

That is exactly why I keep coming back to SB. More women on the site have been ready to cut the cr*p and get to the point with me than any other site that I’ve wasted my time with, so you can take my word for it that if you are like me, you shouldn’t be too disappointed with this site.

SCAM-SCAM-SCAM! You have been warned! Take time to read the TOS and you will see the "girls" will send out messages, although they didn't and they're "online" even though they are not! This causes you to use your credits (your hard earned money) to read a message from a girl that didn't message you!!! Less than 1/3 of the profiles are real people. I have a specific profile and wasted credits reading messages from people that should not have responded. SCAM!
Of the real replies from real girls, expect to pay them outlandish amounts so they can be treated like the "Queen" they are! You will NOT get what you are seeking here fellas! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

The chance to meet interesting people is very high. There are many active users, but the service is not available in all countries, which makes it not as interesting if you like to travel. The verified profiles are really good if looking to weed through the junk from the serious members.

I have tried to contact support more than 12 times. i have all the emails and screenshots.

This is pathetic service especially to those who value their time.

EDIT- instead of desperately trying to get this review removed. Why don't you actually fix the problem for the customer?

I think this is a great date service and many of the women are beautiful. The only thing I wish that I had more time because chances are I can't get away from work very much to be trekking all over to meet in person with these beautiful women. This site is for scammers just wanting to take your money, I am seriously out of pocket because of females asking for loans, then asking for more and more and promise to pay back but this does not happen, have deactivated my account. Now will contact my bank to try and get my money back. I have also sent this from a different email as I don’t want any more hassle. Will be blocking emails from these robbing females, who are threatening me with police action!
Changed to 2 stars because customer service got my fees back quickly, however was still out of pocket by hundreds due to unscrupulous females making use of the site and conning me.

I listed my preferences such as age (50-65), casual relationship, non-smoker, etc. Not one of the messages received was in this age group; most in their 20s-30s, about half were smokers, and so forth. I spent no money because there was not one of the women I wanted to contact. It seemed obvious that those who messaged me had not read my profile, or were autobot. For example, two recent messages came from supposed women, 19 and 23. I'm 70. I'm not interested in dating anyone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. This site is a complete waste of my time.
