I am a long time user of the Secrid wallet. Recently I encountered a problem with my first Secrid. It had a broken mechanism. An amazing sustainable solution was provided and I can still use my original wallet!

Best amount of features in a wallet I could find so went with the Slimwallet vintage olive-black. After a week or two of using I think it's great.

Though I have 2 suggestions.

1. because the leather part is glued onto the metal card part, lint collects down the side between the two materials (I keep the wallet in my pocket) and as is sticky is hard to remove. Perhaps a different way of attaching should be investigated.

2. the flap to close the wallet moves quite a bit laterally because there is no mechanism to hold it in place (I think more expensive wallets have a a clasp or band) a small magnet would suffice to keep it in place and really this is my only gripe.

I would definitely purchase another. but opting for one that keeps the closing flap in place.

I bought a Secrid wallet six years ago. It has been a constant companion ever since, and is well travelled and much loved.

Recently I dropped it onto a hard floor - not for the first time. As a result the lever mechanism failed. I was delighted to find that Secrid repaired it for me, by post. The process was fast and flawless. Not only that, the company did not charge me for the repair, even though it is so long since I bought it.

Over the last several years I have bought three other Secrid wallets for family members. Each wallet has been excellent.

The wallet feels as good as it looks! Easy to handle and with sustainability at the heart - what is not to love!

I got my wife got one of these wallets and after several years is still enjoying it that much that I thought I should step up also and get myself one.

I bought a Secrid mini wallet in leather.
Initially great perfomance, but after only a year, the cards fall out (actually not all, but 2-3 of 5).

I do like the wallet, but the quality does not support the price and there are other, better options out there,

Update:
After a short email exchange, Secrid repaired the wallet pretty quickly, so I would rate the total experience as 4 *, considering the flaw experienced will be back.
Nevertheless, a good wallet and an evenly good customer service!

I have had my Secrid wallet since 2018. Best wallet i have ever had. I just bought a 2nd and 3rd. Not because mine failed it is all good. Just wanted more colors.

Upon receiving my wallet, I was not happy with how it folded with items inside.

I contacted Custoner Services and was told I am.new if you are unhappy simply return it. I explained I would leave it for 24 hours and then let them know.

I have now called 3 times, sent emails and I keep being told the Returns department should have sent me a returns label, I will get it tomorrow.

Over a week later and still no label.

Great to say yoy offer a returns guarantee, but pointless if this is the experience.

Secrid is the ultimate men(human) item, awesome in so many ways that is Hard to even describe. Less is more in its fine.

I have three mini SECRID wallets: one in matte leather, one in green hexagonal leather, and one from their new premium line with embossed leather. I also own their Twinwallet, Slimwallet, Cardprotector with their new engraving service, and Cardslide wallet. I pretty much own almost all their styles and will probably buy the Bandwallet next.

I have owned two Secrid wallets, they have been outstanding. They function beautifully, age well, and take up the smallest possible space in my pocket.

I really really recommend them.

I bought a beautiful Slim Wallet and the product itself feels and looks like really good quality. Definitely one of the better options out there when it comes to "modern" wallets. However, I paid an extra for it to be wrapped as a gift but it came basically unwrapped with the sticker that holds it together and also stuck to the box ripping the small amount of gift wrap with it.

It’s a cute and easy to use wallet. My bf has had it for years and the mechanism still worked but the cards could slide out if you shook it hard enough. At Dutch design week at their stand an employee found that out and changed the internal mechanism free of charge. Even tho it was much past the 2 year warranty period. Otherwise I believe the change is €10. The out side of the wallet is pretty much impossible to damage (I have the simple aluminium card holder). :)

My colleague recommended Secrid after receiving one as a gift from his family. My old wallet was bulky and felt cumbersome, especially as an outdoor photographer. When he showed me his Secrid Twinwallet, I was impressed by its compact size and the convenient trigger mechanism for ejecting cards. I feel secure and confident in SECRID Product. I purchased the Cardslide and I love it. I can easily access my cards and cash. The thing conveniently holds up to 6 cards and is not bulky like other wallets.

Job 200 km away from home. Travelling a lot, carrying stuff around a lot. Frequent one hand use when reaching out for plastic cards. Light weight equipment for tablet, credit cards and IDs essential. Antique brick stone wallets absolute no go. Secrid is safe, vintage design is stylish and company has social awareness. I just like those folks and their wallets
