Great wallets with an even greater story!

I've gotten my Secrid Slim Wallet in the mail today and I simply love it. It's made very nicely, looks stunning and is made from brilliant materials. The fact the wallets are assembled in sheltered workplaces make them all the more attractive. My aunt is disabled and works in a different sheltered workplace and when I see the joy this brings to her, I can only applaud brands that work together with these organizations. I've found my new go to wallet brand!

Another satisfied customer!

I did a lot of research on minimalist wallets before deciding to buy Secrid. Not only do they have high quality materials, the workmanship is impeccable! Went with the Twin Wallet in Sea Pebble Green. I also contacted customer support with a warranty registration question - they were quick to reply and provided me with the information I needed.
Highly recommend!

This wallet is our third Secrid. I bought my first one years ago, and I still have it. I have bought my wife two of these. She wore her first one's cover out. They are excellent, and I appreciate the staff's assistance in getting it registered.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPLETE DISASTER

Wallets are great. But customer service is TERRIBLE. They publish a number where NO ONE ANSWERS, they provide an email stating they reply within 24hs (THAT IS FALSE). Delivery takes for ever, no confirmation on order processed. Super fast to charge, very slow to honor what they promised. All statements are over promised. This is the LAST time I buy from this company.

Beautiful wallet

Beautiful wallet. It was very difficult to find this style of wallet that was feminine and functional. This wallet is space saving, holds bills, RFID blocking, holds all the cards I need. Plus shipping was incredibly fast.

Tank of a cardholder

Bought this thing just from the feel in the hand when I needed a cardholder. This was sometime before 2015 and it is still with me going strong. Just as good as new to this day apart from the visual scars of life well lived.

So the card holder is great…

Update: after reviewing on here they did email me to say they’d sort it out and have since sent me a new card holder.

So the card holder is great until it breaks…

Firstly, they eventually collected the wallet to fix it. I received the item back as if the box was never opened, only to find the crunching sound was even worse!

The first person said I didn't have enough cards in it (I had 3 cards in it) and the next email is saying I have too many cards in it. So that would mean you can only use it if you have exactly 4 cards in it and no more or no less!!! GREAT!

They say they have a Two-year guarantee and now won't help fix it. It's really shocking. If you're going to offer Two-year guarantee then stay true to it as it's all over the website!

I just received the SLIMWALLET MATTE…

I just received the SLIMWALLET MATTE BLACK. The plastic holder for currency is not really functional. Bills come out and there is no way to secure them in the wallet. Using the currency holder makes the wallet bulkier. Really disappointed and I intend to return . Perhaps there is a better wallet that you make for currency ?

Not only that the wallet is realy good

Not only that the wallet is realy good, then the aftersale support is unreal good. I purchased mine wallet 7 years ago, it is in very good shape, almoat as new, but when I put less then maximum number of cards in it they are not fastened as before, and could fell out. The stopers on the edge are worn out, and as I am in Croatia there is no service. But I contacted secrid, and they sent me new stoper parts on my adress for free, and also instructions how to replace them... I have no words to explain how nice suprise it was for me. 😃 Thank you.

Product is NOT a functional wallet

Product is NOT a replacement of a wallet, but might be a nice gadget for fast fingers. Trying to get cards out the 'patent' slider is a hussle. Especially the slim version without the button, put two bils in it, a housekey and it looks shit. 79 euro down the drain. It's not a wallet, it's an engineer cardholder. Hat down for the marketing😘

Fantastic customer service

Wallet broke after four months, which was a shame as I loved it. Secrids customer services has been fantastic and agreed to replace even though id thrown original.

New model Secrid wallets are plastic rubbish

Bought my original in 2016 and lasted 10 years, just bought a replacement brand new and its complete plastic rubbish. Can't believe Secrid has gone to plastic movements and now it feels cheap and nasty. Congrats on skimping on product build quality and destroying your brand. Never again. Waiting on refund.
