My 4 year old-wallet was broken, they fixed it free of charge, within a few days, and paid for the shipment both ways.
Pretty Good. They offer good warranty but my only complain is I ordered their new premium mini wallet and it came with scratches on the metal and it takes too much time to return for a new one.
Had a problem with the adhesive tape binding the metal card holder to the leather wallet, the adhesion had worn out. Simple problem, right? Send me new adhesive, recommend what to buy, small problem, yes? Literally Ashely the only person one can talk to in Secrid North America, was the rudest, most tone deaf, immature customer service person i have ever encountered. She is unable to listen, unable to support in the problem solving, a waste of time. If you ever consider buying this product, just know the company will not support even the most minor of issues that may go wrong. Ashley is the worst, no excuse for the treatment i received. Flee! I would be happy to discuss with a corporate representative. The product is useful, but the service reprehensable.

Update:
I was contacted immediatelly by Secrid customer service with the explaination that there was an error done by the shipping agent and that the prices on their web site are the final prices.
Within a few days they refunded me all the additional costs (VAT and customs), although this was not their fault at the first place. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer-oriented attitude!
This is my 3rd Secrid wallet and I think it's an amazing product. I can highly recommend it. The online ordering was smooth and the delivery was super fast - much faster than I expected.

I recently ordered a product from their web site with delivery to Switzerland.
The order page clearly states the following: "All the products we offer on our website include VAT. This is also indicated in the shopping basket."
Some weeks after receiving the ordered product I received an additional invoice from FedEx to pay the VAT.
Although the VAT in Switzerland is only 7.7%, they charged additional "processing fees", so the total invoice was 32.15 CHF.
Because I was absent for some time from home, I couldn't dispute or pay the invoice. The invoice was sent immediately to a debt collector agency which added additional fees - at the end I received an invoice from debt collector agency in the amount of 118.50 CHF!
So, for the product that I ordered on the website for 110 CHF, I ended up paying 228.50 CHF.
I find this completely unacceptable business practice.

The functionality is excellent, but the quality of the 'vegan leather' is terrible. I bought the lime green one and it has fallen to bits. It looks really old after a few month's use. I didn't realise it was 'vegan leather' or I wouldn't have bought it. I only found out it as made of that stuff today. Urrgh! Buy the wallet, avoid the vegan stuff.
The delivery of my Secrid wallet from Holland came within a super 3 days. This Premium Black Mini wallet went beyond my expectations. After holding this work of art for the first time I knew right away, I owned a quality piece of merchandise. From the feel of the premium leather to the pop up card fan when clicked open, I know this will no doubt be the last wallet I will ever own. Thank You Secrid
I use one 2 years, excelent quiality, the leather didn't change but can see the usage of course. The cardholder is perfect, never lost any cards even if only one is in the slot. The contactless is secure. I can complain only for the paper cash holder, it is a little bit small and thight if I want to put in too much but this product created for cards. Earlier I bought another one from another company, but I regret it. I can warmly recommend this.
I received two years ago from my partner. I like, very like it, I use every day and like a new. The leather, stitching and mechanics are perfect. I bought to my partner last Christmas me too and no disappointments with there product too. Thank you the professional product from professional business. I wish your company hundreds years.
Well I like the design and I love the idea of the compact wallet, I have been very disappointed and have lost two credit cards due to the mechanism not securing the cards properly. I was able to exchange or have the wallet repaired by customer service which was nice and they provided a shipping label for convenience. However it is only been a few months and the same problem is happening. Due to no fault of my own cards slip out of the cardholder and consequently I have to cancel them through my bank and get a new card reissued. I would never buy it again. It's not cheap and definitely not worth it!
The Secrid website has the best selection of their wallets out there and at the same price as the other online shops. I bought a premium wallet which is beautifully made. They come in eco packaging, well protected and excellently presented. It arrived next day and with free shipping. I've had a Secrid wallet for around 5 or 6 years and it has never let me down. Used daily and lives in my pocket. Mechanism still works well. Leather still attached to the case. I just decided to upgrade as the old one looking a little tired now. I gift them as well as they're an unusual present. Everyone I've given them to still use them daily. I think they're the best small wallet out there and I've tried loads, like the Ridge, the Minimo etc. And might as well buy from source. A good experience
Recently contacted Secrid in order to get wholesale account for my jewellery shop an got a negative answer… According to them and that was their words “it’s pointless and overkill” for my shop to sell Secrid wallets because there’s another shop in our town doing them, I was shocked how can they even come up with this and how can they even say that without knowing my business… I asked them then to explain how come they provide 2, 3, or even 5 separate accounts to separate businesses in the same shopping centres for instance and this is not pointless and overkill… and their answer was “good point but I don’t know” they said they will keep my contacts for the future and if they will decide to deal with me in the future then they will contact me… we’ll you know what? You can shove them silly wallets where sun don’t shine, there good few competitors of yours that will gladly supply me their production in pallets if needed so good luck with your crazy policies which will kill your business in no time…

They make bad products. After a while the mechanism stops working, and the cards start falling. Because of that issue lost my ID and it cost me alot of money to replace everything. According to customer service they are aware of this issue, because of that they make replacement of the product, but to be honest would rather just going to use a regular wallet if this is the expected behaviours. Shows how low quality and how badly they deal with this issue because sooner or later it will end up happening.
Excellent products, well worth buying! I bought my wallet in a store in Lisbon and it is really handy as I don't carry coins.
