They didn't take that i was unhappy…

They didn't take that i was unhappy with back! i told i was not satisfied already second day and they refused to take it back,then they refuse to say what brand it is so now i cant even sell it!! they drop ship al lightsabers but won't admitt!!

Great lightsabers

Great lightsabers! They are realy well made and I, as a lifelong Star Wars Fan, am more then happy with the Crossguard and the weatherd Maul Blade that I got ! :)

I ordered a suit

I ordered a suit, but it was too small. I wanted to send this back. They said payment for transport will be on my side and offered nie a discount at next purchase. But after that i didn' get my discount and still have too small suit that was never used.

Defective and Bad Customer Service …

My daughter’s light saber came missing screws to connect the saber to the hilt. Instead of immediately making it right when I reached out to customer service. They asked me to take pictures of the box and the saber - the tone of their email seemed accusatory as if I was the one that made the mistake. I questioned what taking a picture of an empty box would accomplish but did as they asked and sent it to them. But again instead of making it right, they responded by asking more questions instead of sending just the missing parts. It seemed ludicrous, we weren’t asking for a brand new saber, just two small screws. But after a week of trading emails with no resolution or solution offered from the company, my husband went to the hardware store to try to find screws so we could fix it ourselves. Unfortunately, we could but could not find the right size and length so we gave up and just taped the saber to the hilt.

I also thought the quality was quite bad for the amount of money we paid for it. In fact, I thought the saber was defective because some of the lining appeared to be falling out of the inside of the saber, but again when I raised my concern to the customer service agent, they were dismissive and said that it was designed that way. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the overall quality and the service. I would never buy from them again.

The fact that it was perfectly set up…

The fact that it was perfectly set up when I put all the pieces together and screwed all the knobs in it was just perfect for my own lightsaber

China quality…

I had great hopes for this! Sadly the quality of the costume is very poor. Cape is see-through, with a badly shaped hood. Pants are short and way to small for an L. I like the main piece, I just wish there was an instruction for all of the bands. The velcro broke of the garment, it ripped right off when i tried the pieces together. So now I can’t even use it.
The saber is cool, heavy and feels well made. It’s a bit tricky to understand. Don’t get too exited with the app, it seems like it hasnt been updates for years. I’d probably not order again, it’s way too pricey for what you get. But thats my opinion.
I have yet to recieve a refund, but I’ll update the comment if that happens.

I like the overall sturdy construction

I like the overall sturdy construction, effects and sound, however, when using it on the loud setting, the speaker stinks like burnt. This is not due to long exposure, I can smell it as soon as I ignite the saber.

I am in LOVE

I recently got the ''princess saber'' of tatooine lightsabers and I'm just in LOVE!
The delivery was super quick, customer support more than friendly (they helped me chosing a saber) and the quality is honestly outstanding. If you're planning on getting a saber - go with the neopixel! Trust me. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely not the last saber i ordered.

Great service support!

I had some problems with the delivery after the item left the warehouse, but the support at tatooine lightsabers were very helpful, responded quickly and helped me resolve my issue!
the sword meets my expectations with ease! With good texture and weight! (Im 170 cm and got the "32 / 82 cm blade, and thats more than enough for me!) The colors are nice and clear and easy to change, especially in the app! the app simplifies many settings around color, light and sound! i had some issues with my saber losing connection with the app, but it was quickly reconnected, and the really only downside i noticed, was that it was a little hard to get the saber bright red and not towards pink or orange.
otherwise I'm really pleased and would definitely buy another saber from tatooine!
