The package had a lot of issues, and to get it I had to pay nearly the same amount as the order was to get the package. The build quality is really good, but the with the shipment issues it doesn’t have enough satisfaction to overshadow the difficulties.

Disappointing online shopping experience. Shop stated product was in stock when it wasn’t which was misleading. Shop ordered from China but is based in Italy ultimately led to a long delay in shipping/delivery. The lightsaber arrived poorly packaged in a ripped box with no mention of Fragile on it. It was a small miracle that it is In working order with no missing parts. The only reason am given 2 stars instead of 1 is because the product actually worked, when it easily could have been damaged. I would not recommend this shop and won’t be a returning customer.

Awesome quality built lightsabres in love with my neopixel revan sabre perfect for my cosplay and the baselit sabres are perfect for either cosplay or dueling with friends, the blades are good quality and very durable, customer service are really great quick response and always super helpful with anything I've needed won't be going anywhere else for my sabres extremely happy

I got my package fairly quickly, and the quality is good. I was especially pleased with my free gift lightsaber.

If anyone else can get a free lightsaber with their purchase, then I'd recommend going for it.

I wanted to cancel my order within 24 hours of buying, they told me they can not give a full refund. They would charge me 50 dollars for production service, but the saber i bought is a stock item!

Also on ali express you can buy the same sabres, alot cheaper!

Edit: in there terms they say that it will cost 12% of the total price to cancel a order, in my case thats about 22 dollars and not 50 dollars!

Update: they have responded that they will cancel my order but only partial refund(88%). I have to say that they respond fast. Now let's hope the refund will also be fast.

Friendly, understanding and accommodating customer support, the quality of the lightsaber is top notch for the price. I had a little trouble to get it through Bulgarian customs and they were understanding and helped me with getting it through.

I did limited research on this company before buying one of their products. I saw a Cal Kestis crossguard on instagram reels and jumped the gun and went straight to this company with an open wallet. I later then saw a few Reddit reviews stating that this company was a scam shortly after purchasing a lightsaber. I confronted Selecta Sabers about my concern and they got back to me right away and reassured me about anything I may have read online. Of course, I was hesitant to take their word on the matter before I had their product in hand. I was counting the days on the calendar and grew more nervous with each day that passed. They told me “…the wait will be worth it”, and was it ever. There were a few shipping delays due to the fact that I asked for specific details of the lightsaber which were not compatible with each other. Selecta Sabers went above and beyond to take extra time to completely customize specific handles to fit an emitter that belonged to a different lightsaber. Through these delays, they threw in a free neo pixel blade, an extra handle originally meant for the emitter I chose, and a wooden case to which the lightsaber arrived in. I received the Cal Kestis crossguard and it was more beautiful than I thought it was going to be. It has every colour I could wish for except Mace Windu’s purple, this colour setting is blank. In the end this lightsaber had everyone’s jaw drop because of how well it was made. This is lightsaber number 10 in my collection and by far the best one I’ve ever purchased, and was indeed “…worth the wait”. I will be buying from this company again for their high quality lightsabers and extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Selecta Sabers.

Holy shizzle. I was expecting something good for the price, but not this good! This exceeded all my expectations. The quality is amazing, the sabers look so beautiful and feel very sturdy. They arrived in exactly 5 business days.
If you always wanted a real light saber, this is the closest you’ll ever get to one.
