Prompt collection

Prompt collection, efficient service with quick checking, and payment. I have recommended to friends. A good way of recycling unwanted books without having to carry heavy loads to charity shops.

Great experience

Great experience, scanned books, making sure they were unmarked and in great condition. Drop off was easy and received payment within a week.

No communication

They completely refused some of my books for vague reasons and didn't even inform me. I only found out when the payment was 40% less than agreed.

For the minuscule amounts they offer, 10p for a mint condition Sapiens?, you may as well give them to charity, which I will from now on.

A terrible app that I'd give minus stars if it were possible.
