No communication
They completely refused some of my books for vague reasons and didn't even inform me. I only found out when the payment was 40% less than agreed.
For the minuscule amounts they offer, 10p for a mint condition Sapiens?, you may as well give them to charity, which I will from now on.
A terrible app that I'd give minus stars if it were possible.

Easy to use and great that no printer is required to send parcels, they do sometimes reject books in the same condition that I have previously bought from them, but over all it’s a good way to recycle books and make a few quid at the same time.
