Your order was placed in our UK shop from Romania, and unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the UK.
As a result, we had no alternative but to cancel your order and issue a refund for the amount paid.

Sadly a bad review

I really don't know, what is happening to the one of the best Companies... Since Slovenia was my neighbour Country... I grew up knowing about Sensilab, one of the most respectful Companies in this field.
I'm regularly ordering from Sensilab for the past seven years, during this time every order was on time in the window of 10 days, all good, amazing products plus fast delivery.
The problem starts 6 months ago, when I waited 7 weeks for my order(with the worst generic excuse that this is happening due to the bad weather condition).
I said ok a little bit of frustration, I'll forget about this.
So I make another order few days ago, and I just received even worst generic email with the "excuse" that order will delay because "one or more" product are out of stock.
I guess if you dont have product in stock you dont leave your customers option to buy it!!!
Don't to this to Sensilab please, nothing good is coming with this unreasonable moves you are making.
It's sad I'm making first bad review in my life, and it is for Sensilab.
Please go back to the previous policy, you owe this to Sensilab and Slovenia.

I bought Thyrolux because I have…

I bought Thyrolux because I have thyroid problems. I'm on tablets as well. After taking the tablets my skin it's more dry than ever, I have rushes in my body and I don't see any difference so far. I don't think that I'll continue taking them
