I have seen great results with the first order so I placed a second order. Lines on my face have improved and my skin has a glow and looks healthier. I do not have a subscription so I place the order each time and yes it is a little more but I just do not like to do subscriptions with anything. Product arrived in about 8 days after ordering.

Veronica was quick to respond to my issue for a refund. I had not had the chance to try my first shipment yet and was already being billed for the next. She refunded the charge and cancelled my future subscriptions for the time being.

Buyer beware.
I ordered a one time shipment and was charged and sent out product under a “subscription” I never subscribed to. I contacted customer service and they said I would have to return the product as it was already sent out. Once it arrived I immediately put in return request, which was then cancelled. I have now submitted another return request (they do not give you return shipping label until approved). They also give 3 options to return product for credit, partial refund or full refund, which buyer is responsible for shipping and takes the longest. I have yet to receive my refund. This product does not work, just irritates outer layer of skin.
I have sent multiple emails and been in communication with Seranova and they keep canceling my return. The package is unopened and in its original packaging. The below statement from Seranova is false.

I am 67 years old. I have been having botox and occasional fillers for years. I spend at least 500 dollars, more if I want filler, every 3 months for maintenance.
My biggest problem area is around my lips. I have stubborn wrinkles in that area the most.
I just finished my 5th application from Seranova. It is time for my 3 month maintenance of botox I do not need to go for maintenance appointment for botox. I am thoroughly surprised and happy with Seranova, especially of the stubborn wrinkle lips area. I do not need to go for a maintenance appointment for botox! My lip area is still smooth.
I have noticed a fascinating fact...
My lip area is smooth every morning when I wake up. Sometimes, throughout the day the wrinkles in that area start to appear, but if I drink a few big gulps of water they disappear again! I now call my lip area, my time to hydrate reminder!
My eyes wrinkle area and forehead wrinkle area have improved significantly as well.
I will be ordering my second round of Seranova this week! I am very satisfied that I will not need botox or fillers again, and can hardly wait to see the continual improvements from Seranova!

Sasha was very helpful. My Seranova was shipped. Tried to canceled was unable. Due that I still had one unopened. I had to returned it,and I'll reordering on a later time. Serena, So far so good. The delivery was quick and everything arrived as it should. The application process was very simple. The dispenser worked well distributing the serum. There was plenty of it for each application. Looking forward to seeing the results!
