I have several Serge DeNimes pieces. The designs are different and unisex and I have always found them to be excellent value and of high quality.My Black Friday deal was exceptionally good and delivery was fast.

I'm currently waiting for an order that I purchased two weeks ago after reading a lot of these reviews I am quite concerned I won't receive my item.

I was excited to order from this company as the product looked great and I was sure the person I was gifting it to would love it. However, Royal Mail still after two weeks says it has not received my order and I've had no update since. I have emailed customer service on multiple occasions and even tried via Instagram. I have had initial responses via both but then no further investigation. I found this astonishing as I work in retail myself and our customer service approach is to go above and beyond for the customer to make sure they are happy and I know we do this. However, this company does not seem to care that they have taken my money and left me with no answers or any way of contacting them.

I would like them to resend or refund my purchase otherwise, it does in fact seem that they do this for a lot of orders and that's purely just stealing people's money.

This is my 5th attempt at trying to contact this company to tell them that my package has been lost in transit. It has not arrived. As per my countless emails and Facebook and Instagram messages. This company sent my package to the incorrect county office and there is nothing they say they can do to get it to me without the companies assistance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication as I ordered this parcel on December 1st.

Customer service non existent and it is very difficult to return items without getting pushed into store credit.

Love the look and quality of the ring I bought I would definitely recommend good quick service with regular updates

Great gift for my best friend, it came packaged well in a bubble mailer and wrapped up in a bag meaning it was undamaged. He really likes the design and quality of the ring as well 👍

Returned items for exchange over a week ago. Tracking shows return was received 2 days later, yet 7 days later I’ve had no notification of my return being received, or details of my exchange, or shipping.

They currently have my money, and my order. Customer service is abysmal. Says emails will be responded to within 48 hours but I’ve heard nothing.

Avoid.

For the amount I paid I was expecting slightly nicer packaging, I had to go buy a box to put it in as it was a present.

Ring did look lovely just slightly disappointed with it half- wrapped in tissue paper
