Setra has been helpful since the beginning. I was having issues with my prior hosting company with downtime, slowness and lack of support. I tweeted about my frustrations and Setra reached out to me to help. They helped me more than my actual host so I decided to give them a try. They moved my website for me and got me back online within the hour. My website is now faster and it's half the price.
Don't trust them.
They are not around even when all of their servers go down. No communication, no support, no live websites. It's like the company was ran by a single guy who sometimes bothered to show up to work and sometimes didn't feel like it. Check out their social media channels to see...
It happened to me twice here and I should have left the first time round but I trusted they'll improve. They didn't.
If you really want to use their services, please keep a backup somewhere else as you'll need it more often than you think.

From my perspective, SetraHost are a new player in the hosting market which probably explains their determination to establish a great reputation. Since moving to them, they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. It's fair to say they have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of website hosting. This paragraph written in July 2020.
Update- December 28th 2020. All servers down and no response from customer service or via Twitter. Problem now resolved but I took one star off.
Since moving to them I have had a stable and fast site. I have found their support to be excellent, they have been helpful, and done everything I have asked for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to host your website.
The worst customer service ever
Pros - their prices are not the most expensive out there
Cons - it took about 48 hours for me to access my emails. After that marathon saga, I took a couple of days to do other things. When I tried to view a page on my website, it took forever and didn't load. My dashboard took over 30 seconds to load.

I tried to use live support on their website but the live support page did not load on my device. I sent them a DM on twitter and it took about 15 hours for them to reply. The reply was I should send them an email or support ticket that that's how they offer 24/7 support.

I've sent them several emails, multiple twitter DMs and public tweets. All I got was they do not offer support on twitter. However, they refused to reply to my emails after more than 24 hours. The same thing with the support ticket that was submitted.
If you need good support at a time and mode that is convenient to you, stay away from Setra Host. Setra Host doesn't even offer telephone support either
I moved to Setrahost after I had issued a tweet complaining about the hosting company I was using. From the moment they contacted me they were brilliant. They migrated the site for me and any issues I've had have been sorted quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Started my first website so I wasn't too sure what I was doing and needed to setup a e-commerce store. They went out of their way to help me install and setup WordPress and WooCommerce. Appreciate the help and would definitely recommend.
I tweeted about how I wanted to take my blog self-hosted back in Feb 2019 and SetraHost got in touch and kindly offered to work with me. I really appreciated how 'real' the conversations and support I received felt. The fact that they also promise to never increase their prices was a big one for me too, as many other hosting companies charge stupid amounts in the second year. I had a few issues with accessing my blog back in the Summer where I had messed up my settings and it did take them a longer time than expected to fix but they did so respectfully and also apologised. SetraHost do have room for improvement and are not perfect but if you are looking to invest in a small business and recieve personal support then SetraHost may be for you!

The founder of Setrahost emailed me and got everything fixed on the same day. I hope i can see a better support in days to come.
As mentioned by Denise, very helpful at the beginning but nowsday, they will take 5-7 days to reply to my ticket. My problem still not solved! Disappointed!
Setrahost has been very responsive in terms of support, usually answering questions I have within 1 or 2 hours including dealing with any refund issues I have promptly. They are highly affordable, have deals often, and uptime&speed are great. And, again, the support staff are incredibly helpful.
My current host had been experiencing issues, and I needed a new host fast. I decided to take a chance on SetraHost. After a helpful chat, I signed up and opened a migration ticket. At first everything seemed to be going fine, but then they said they were about to begin and it would be done shortly. But two days, later, despite my inquiries, they still hadn't finished or replied to my ticket. I opened a billing ticket to cancel and billing replied right away and refunded me per their guarantee. I never did hear from tech support (migration) again and closed my account. Maybe it's a fluke, I don't know, but I am looking for good communication and reliability and didn't find that here.
Reliable and affordable
We have hosted our new site by SetraHost. Its been a few months but so far has been very reliable. There has been no reason to complain. Its affordable and banking on the promise of not increase from second year onwards.
