Honestly the best natural candles we…
Honestly the best natural candles we have tried, we were given one a few years ago and haven't stopped ordering since. Wonderful customer service ( we have changed addresses and delivery instructions many times), the most creative blends, and an aroma which fills the house.
We have used them simply to remind us that where we are is home. We can't recommend them highly enough.
Crickey what a disappointing purchase
Crickey what a disappointing purchase. 16 days from order with 48 hour tracked (granted there are Royal Mail issues currently but this seems excessive vs other parcels @ c7 days). Then packaging quality poor - £22 for a 180g candle in a plain off the shelf box with a self print sticker! The outer boxing was badly damaged too as the inner stuffing was insufficient in my view. I think with the wealth of low smoke, ethical other candle manufacturers I should have gone elsewhere.
