We specialise in supplying sewing machines, overlockers, embellishers, embroidery machines, sewing/embroidery machines, steam presses, roller presses and various sewing accessories. We are aware that in today's increasingly competitive environment, it is important that we continue to focus our efforts in maintaining the first class customer service that we try to provide. Great customer service

Russell was helpful and polite when I ordered my new machine, service was quick and would definitely use again. I had some pilot errors with the machine and Russell put me on to a technician who was again extremely helpful and solved all my issues with a simple video! Great customer service thank you!

Really impressed.

Super quick delivery. There was a single foot missing and they sent it on separately really quickly. The mark of how good a business is has to be how they manage issues. And Sewing machines direct managed them well. The machine itself (which is a former display model) is working really well - any issues are generally ones I've caused like putting the wrong foot on with a type of stitch. But I'm really pleased with the price and the performance.

Fantastic and above all honest

Fantastic and above all honest. I can't recommend this company more highly..special shout out to Russell who gave honest feed back on a sewing machine I was interested in and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
I phoned a few companies and this one stood out for honesty and a great deal if I wanted the machine.
I wasn't pushed or hassled to buy.
Delivery was super quick , definitely will go to sewing machines direct again.

Very prompt service

Very prompt service. Not tried the machine yet but looks the part! I thought the machine came with automatic needle threader but not according to enclosed booklet.

Sewing machine purchase

I ordered a sewing machine and it arrived the next day
Quicker than Amazon prime.I had a query about paperwork I contacted the company it was sorted out right away.
The customer service was really good just what is needed when purchasing an expensive item.
