A good delivery service, but one thing left me feeling uncomfortable
Overall, I was really happy with the delivery service from SGK Distribution Ltd. I was kept well informed about the delivery and the driver’s journey, he arrived on time, and he was very friendly and polite throughout. The flooring was brought inside through my doorway, and the service itself was great.
However, there was one thing that left me feeling a little uncomfortable on reflection. I had put my two French Bulldogs outside while the flooring was being brought in. The driver was by my side gate and asked if he could have a look at my dogs, and then asked if he could take pictures of them. At the time, I didn’t think much of it because he had been friendly, and I agreed without giving it much thought.
It was only afterwards that I started questioning it and wondering why he wanted pictures of my dogs. I can’t say what his intentions were, and I’m not accusing him of anything, but as a dog owner, I did find it a little strange and concerning when I thought about it afterwards.
It’s a shame because, apart from this, the delivery experience was very positive. I would recommend the delivery service itself, but I do feel it’s worth mentioning this experience, as it left me with mixed feelings.

Item delivered however was badly damaged. Trying to get someone to respond was frustrating. Finally got them to agree to send a replacement, however this took ages and after trying to get an answer from the courier company I sent an email to say how I was contemplating cancelling so they went ahead and cancelled. Upon trying to get them to reinstate they then wanted to charge me which I disputed. Eventually after weeks I got a replacement

I recently used SGK to deliver 2 sofas…
I recently used SGK to deliver 2 sofas and chair from Abode. In less than 12 hours from them receiving the order I had my first notification. On day 4 the units were on their way and the SGK system mapping showed where they were minute by minute. The original 3 hour slot was superceded and I didn't need to wait in. Sofas delivered by the most polite SGK team. Thank you SGK 5 star service indeed.

Great to deal with...
Great company to deal with, tracking was easy and realiable, was given option to accept or change delivery date/time and I tracked during the day and guys rang when 30mins away to give me time to get to house. Both were very plesent, placed the 3 items in porch and as this was 1700 i'm sure they had had a long day already but treated like it was first of the day. Thank-you

Absolutely fab seller, & delivery guys!
I had my fridgefreezer delivered today by two lovely young men, both helpful, courteous, friendly-& smiley.
I would recommend this seller & his delivery men without hesitation.
(I've spoken to the seller twice on the phone, & he is just the nicest person!)
All in all, I am VERY happy with my fab new fridgefreezer, & everything that that involved.

I ordered a carpet
I ordered a carpet. The van broke down so I was informed they would be late, so no problem. When they arrived there were two men who in the dark got my carpet inside without any problem. They were really efficient.

Doorstep delivery only was a surprise, the delivery team of two would not deliver the fridge freezer into the house. This was not communicated in advance. Terrible service if I could give a zero I would.

Delivery of Gym equipment
Thay called the day before the delivery to give me an estimated time slot. Then called again in the morning of the delivery with a 45 minute window.
Then when they arrived they kindly unloaded the equipment into the shed for us. Very helpful and polite.
