Excellent customer service!

I needed to call SapiroMD customer Service to stop my Auto deliveries for now. I spoke with Pam. A delightful, professional who discontinued future shipments to me until I call when I am ready to start again. Always get polite, friendly, professional help from the representatives from ShapiroMD!

Nothing good to say so far.

Been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 months. Will continue as it clearly states it could take 6 months before you see a difference. So far the only change is in the texture of my hair. I have thin, curly hair and my hair became dry, frizzy , fly-away and the nice curl is gone. My hairdresser remarked on how bad my hair had become and suggested I stop using it. The loss continues.

Pam was great

Pam was great! A pleasure overall. I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of conditioner. It's the only shamp and conditioner that I use. Thanks to all at the company!

Auto renew

Auto renew - it’s really hard to NOT sign up for auto renew. I just got charged $168 for shampoo I don’t need and Shapiro won’t refund me the shipping costs. Pam, in customer service, basically said, "Too bad". She was rude and lacked customer service. Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!

Best thing is the service!! Pam is the BEST!! Personable and knowledgeable about the product line. She deserves a big raise! My favorite products are the Minoxidil 2% and Daily Leave-In Foamer.
