Ask for help. When the app wasn't working was told to uninstall it. Then the app would not reinstall and I cannot get anybody in live chat to help help. Now I don't have any TV that I paid for and I'm only 3 days into my subscription. No customer service or help when needed

Maybe sending an email to support isn't the most effective way to ask for help. I was told that support was good but I haven't had any response to a concern that I asked for help with. We have had three different series that we either can't watch because it freezes or one of the episodes is randomly in a different language.

Always responsive , they do their best to accommodate and are very reliable

I recently purchased an annual Zeal subscription and it came loaded on the 98Mini android box. When the service works, it is excellent. Unfortunately most of the time it freezes. There is a Speed Test app and even though my iPhone shows my 5G wireless at 80mps, it usually only connects at 1-2 mps. I’ve tried contacting tech support and they either can’t help or leave you hanging forever for a reply to your text. I’m quite sure the problem is with the android box itself. I see why these are being sold for $70…. I would like a replacement box or if they all have the same issues, go with an upgraded box as the initial salesperson suggested, without telling me why.

So this is an update after a month of use. The service is still good but now my confidence in their customer service is basically the same with most out there who are having complaints. Long story short they told me over the phone certain claims and then a month later those claims are different. So my gut told me to keep looking, therefore my rating goes down to 3 stars because their server is still decent compared to most.

I've been testing providers the past 2 months as my current provider is soon retiring after 10 years of service. Moe's Shark Tvs super 4k service is the only one I've found that equalled/surpassed my current connection. I also tried their Pro plan and found this is their 2nd best option as it offers multi simultaneous connections, I will be moving my friends/family connections over once their current subscriptions expire in the next few months.

I have tried both Super 4K IPTV and Zeal IPTV at SharkTV and was pleased with both the iptv service and the speed of customer service so I decided to sign up my grandma (lol) for Super 4K IPTV at SharkTV! The first two sign ups went flawlessly but I had to reach out to customer service to troubleshoot the third sign up. Simon from SharkTV advised me to change the mac address as my stb emu mac address may be already used. After changing it with him everything went flawlessly! Staff are polite and direct and know their stuff. These people are honest dealers and there is good reason why it features prominently in google results. Thanks again!!

I would give 0 stars if I could to sharktv.ca. I have tried multiple times to setup my account after sending payment for 3 months service. Chat line, all my inquiries are unanswered. I would say this site is a scam. When you try to create the account (after sending e-transfer) the captcha spin’s indefinitely. No account is created. No help from their chat. $45 down the drain I guess. I will report to BBB next.

sharktv.ca is the worst iptv business I ever experienced I purchased their service yesterday with e transfer I contacted their chat line and asked them what currency is payment u.s. or canadian they messaged me back right away and said canadian.so I e transfered them payment I waited about 4 hours and contacted chat line to see when I would get sevice no response tried 5 to 6 times no response contacted through e mail no response until today.they said they would get my service working here it is another 5 hours with no service in their disclaimer it says absolutely no refunds under any circumstance I wonder how many people they did this to.this is the first time this has happened to me they will take my money and I get no service it is called theft so I would recommend not dealing with this service I'm sure there are other people out there with the same experience with this service finally when you buy iptv use paypal they have yiur back
