Plenty of time to consider

Gave me plenty of time before my renewal was due to consider my options in my own time. Then it was really easy to renew by doing it all online myself.

Samantha was very helpful and provided me with my documents straight away when asked for a copy.
The whole team are good and take care of all our business needs, we have been with them for years. They always remind us when we are due to renew.

I felt the company cared about my custom

Unfortunately I had a dispute with Sharrocks over an administrative issue. What impressed me was the way that the matter was dealt with and resolved by the Company. A personal involvement by the MD and a full explanation was given. This was in stark contrast to the all too often standard replies given out by organisations. I felt I mattered as a customer and will be using the company again
