Trouble free insurance

I made a telephone call for a quote. I was put through right away and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a quote. I telephoned the next day to accept the sent quote. Hassle free and a pleasure to deal with. Well done Sharrocks.

Excellent Service

I’ve been using Sharrock to find my caravan insurance for years. They always find an excellent deal for me. All their staff have always been professional, helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to have Samantha Collins deal with my renewal yesterday. Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you

Human interaction

Human interaction. Listened. Curated the right policy at a very competitive price. I only found our about Sharrocks because I am boycotting many of the big insurance companies. Wish I'd known about them sooner.

It is nice to deal with a real person…

It is nice to deal with a real person on the phone when one rings and a very pleasant person too. This occurred on both occasions when I contacted your local office and transaction was completed without delay.The lady I spoke to had good local knowledge of
area ( Bullockstone Farm ) Herne and it was nice to exchange information about local sites there.Thankyou. John Pitcher.
