Poor Quality Inawly ladies tracksuit…

After buying several items on Shein and having positive experiences, I bought the Inawly heart print women's tracksuit recently and the quality is really poor, the material has 'bobbled' all over after one wash - I would not recommend!

Be careful of these lot they sent my…

Be careful of these lot they sent my order in 2 separate deliveries I received 1 item out of £122 worth of clothing and when I received parcel number 1 with 1 item in it I kept being prompted to mark it as delivered! So I did, and the second half of my parcel with the rest of my items in that were worth over £100 were lost and not received my end! So I put in for a refund and they’re now refusing to refund me as it’s marked as delivered! Due to them scamming me into marking parcel number 1 as delivered!! So iv now gone to my bank to claw it back! I have the whole conversation screen shotted of me telling them on the day that I hadn’t received the second parcel that was marked as delivered by the courier so you aren’t getting away with scamming me out of a refund! Don’t prompt your customers every 5 mins to mark their deliveries as received until both packages are delivered!! Or better yet send our delivery all in one package! You’re scamming your customers and it’s not on!!

Terrible customer service

Shein delivered my parcel to the wrong house using relay. When contacting customer service they said it has been delivered and can’t help me ?!?! I have shopped with shein for years. I am cancelling all my future orders and will not be shopping with them again!!!

I am writing to share my recent…

I am writing to share my recent experience regarding a change in the return policy at Shein, as I want to make others aware of how it might affect their refunds.
I have previously been a frequent customer, often ordering multiple sizes to find the best fit. However, I have recently discovered that if you use a discount voucher at checkout and decide to return only a portion of your order, Shein now deducts the discounted amount from your refund. This means you do not receive a full refund for the individual items returned unless you return the entire order.

I contacted customer service to complain about this, but they informed me that they cannot return the full amount because a discount was applied. I found the interaction quite disappointing and felt the policy was handled in a way that was not customer-friendly.
Because of these changes to the terms and conditions, I have decided to stop shopping there and wanted to warn others to check the refund details carefully before placing an order.

I ordered four bikinis in two sizes

I ordered four bikinis in two sizes, intending to keep the best fit. I only opened two of the items to check sizing and did not try any of them on. As neither size was suitable, I returned all four items in their original condition.
However, I was only refunded for one item. The reason given was that the others were missing hygiene tags, which I strongly dispute. The items were not worn or tried on, and I took care when repackaging them.
It feels like this policy is being used unfairly to avoid issuing a full refund. I would expect better transparency and fairness, especially when items have clearly not been used.
I would not feel confident ordering from this company again based on this experience.

I’m absolutely disgusted!!

I’m absolutely disgusted!!! I ordered birthday decorations for my husband’s birthday this meant to arrive few days before his birthday. His birthday is today sadly I didn’t get to surprise him because SHEIN use useless delivery company Evri that loses all my packages and have useless customer service! Thanks for ruining a birthday

Great prices

I’ve used SHEIN a few times now and I’ve always had a good experience with my products. I like the app it’s so easy to use and plenty of choice . Delivery is always great and returns are quick and easy to follow. I also like the option to pay with Klarna as I found it works great for me to spread the payments . The prices are very reasonable and good quality.
I’m quite happy to recommend SHEIN I found some nice holiday clothes at reasonable prices.

Customer service is a joke they dont…

Customer service is a joke they dont listen or even read any messages.
They messed up on my order and not once even asked if there was a way to fix the problem.
Funny how they commented on review perhaps they could read messages this would not have happened. The fact that they have cheek to say that is just more annoying.

I have placed many orders and have been…

I have placed many orders and have been mostly satisfied not really had any issues until about 3 months ago when I tried to place an order which was declined and apparently my account has been frozen due to irregular activity,I have contacted shein on various occasions and just told that there is nothing they can do and can't even tell me what the issue is so I am closing my account as they do not seem interested in my custom

Not worth it.

Cheap website - multiple adverts to deal with before reaching product. Massively over promoted one or two looks with limited sizes. Would rather spend more on quality than waste money on obviously cheap trash.
