Excellent communication from Josh and an first class service from picking up vehicle from airport to dropping off. Very competitive price and deposit returned with no problem. Much better than the big companies and no issues at all.

Giving 1 star because I can’t go lower. Worst service ever. Bought a car in October 23 and to date July 24 the car has cost us £1000 in repairs and when we contacted shelboutne motors we were told they would get back to us - which never happened. On the last repair we were told diagnostics weren’t covered in the warranty and surprise neither was the repair.
Then when we wanted to trade the car in as we didn’t trust the car we were told it had devalued by £3000 and we were told this was normal and guess what the car is now on sale again! The ombudsman suggested meditation but all we received was a hard sales tactic. Horrible horrible company to deal with avoid shelbourne motors Newry at all costs.

Car went in to try and fix a radio fault, at the same time they done a recall on the injection computer. Since this recall was done the car is driving badly and very unresponsive but they just say it's not the recalls fault and It can't be it that is the problem. Must be a coincidence, With no solution give or any path to try and find a solution the customer care is so bad it would put me off ever buying a renault again. Advice would be to stay away.

I booked and paid a deposit for a 16 seater minibus on 19th December. I messaged your company on 24th April to check size for baggage. I was advised on30th April there was a mix up with bookings. At this time I spoke to Gavin ,the manager, who offered us 2 minibuses as an alternative. I had a group of 10 golfers and all the golf equipment coming over from England. I asked could the booking after ours not be cancelled in order to honour our booking. I was informed that this was booked for a family. I again advised that my booking was for 10 golfers who had paid in excess of £2500 for their visit . After a considerable time and effort in my part I was able to make other arrangements to facilitate my party.
I requested that my deposit be refunded . I was informed that it would be in my account within 5 days depending on my bank. I received no apology or offer of any compensation. To say that I am disappointed in the service provided would be an understatement at best. I have to also add that Megan was a great help.

Avoid Shellbourne motors Newry at all costs!! Sold us a car with no warranty! Claimed the car came with a full service history and warranty. Won't stand over it. No help what so ever!!

Aftercare is excellent. I had a problem with the exhaust in my 2014 Nissan Pulsar. This item isn't covered by warranty as it is a consumable item however Shelbourne fixed the problem as goodwill (got the car in Feb 24). Full credit to Shelbourne Nissan Portadown and I will be back and would recommend to anyone.

He took the time to show me different payment plans and I found his customer service to my family in high credit to the company he works for. Bought a car from shelbourne Portadown in Feb 23. Have had problem with electric handbrake and warning lights on dash.
Made appointment as it was still under warranty and told on phone repairs would be covered.
Drove 120 miles round trip to be told I would have to pay a fee of £120 to get it looked at as the warranty didn't cover this and that it could take up to a week to get car back to me. Courtesy car offered but charge of £15 for this service.
Complete waste of a day and fuel.
Bunch of amateurs for a supposedly big dealership, once they get the sale they don't care obviously.

Nothing was ever a problem with Michael the Sales Manager and David, both were a genuine credit to the company and overall how I believe service should be in Car Dealerships. Despite some delays outwith their control they went over and beyond to assist, offer alternatives.
Brilliant service.
