Overcharging for work that wasn’t necessary for some months.
Quoting in red for items that weren’t needed ie falsely indicating that these works were urgent when they were not.
I had a mechanic look over the quotation who couldn’t believe how much they were overcharging me.
Invoice amended from over 1000 to 200. I will never have my car serviced at a Shelbourne motors again.
Lee Wortley was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone buying a car!

I have been with Sherbourne motors for over 5 years now. My last car wasn't great but i guess it's not then fault but Dacia. BUT I wanted to change the car and Mark was such a nice guy. I recently purchased a 3 year old Toyota C-HR
After using the boot last weekend, I noticed a large tear in the rear seat fabric, along with a damaged parcel shelf.
Extremely disappointed with this company and I certainly will not be using them for any future purchases or maintenance

When you order a vehicle you would expect it to come the colour you ordered and if not you would expect the supplier to make it right. Not with Shelbourne Motors They didnt make any reasonable offer to make good. They simply wanted 8K more or tough, suck it up. Not a pleasant experience.

I contacted Shelbourne motors to buy a car from London. a Mercedes C class. I was fraudulently sent an email with Registration number by email and a video that they covered up their trick and when the car arrived London I saw a different plate number. Also I was told the car has two keys only for the car to arrive with only one key. The contact person kept lying to me that the second key will be posted to me until he finally confessed they had just one key and sent me to Mercedes garage to get a second key and they refused to make payment for the second keys till date and now I am stuck with just one key without a spare key . Now it even gets worse, the car hs several problems on the joints. the joints are shaking and making noise and it will cost me a lot of money to get it fixed with new ones. also when the vehicle arrived the same day it failed MOT. I spent over £350 fixing the front right leg to pass MOT. documents and evidence are available. I have spent the past few months chasing them for my spare key and also to fix the noise in the car to no avail. I have being extremely depressed by their actions and the way I was completely misled into taking a faulty car by Shelboiurne motors because I was not in Belfast to carry out physical inspection of the car.
