Good service nice bows and gave us a book with our purchase which includes sales

9ct gold 10mm ear rings so small that they are difficult to handle. So flimsy unable to easily align one ear ring to close. Difficult to differentiate between ear ring opening and hinge. Advertising photo on website very misleading.
Find I cannot return as ear rings are 'body jewellery'. This is not a change of mind, but a very dissatisfied customer.

Thank you Caelum. I have waited patiently but with no result for your response to the email you requested I send. Since then, I have investigated further and find that 9ct gold 10mm sleepers either made in Australia or Europe are available at 3 popular Brisbane jewellery stores. The non sale price at one is $159.00. My local south side jeweler is selling a similar item for $69.00: 9ct gold 10mm made in Australia. Which makes me wonder how Shiels can advertise the item I bought, as discounted from $239.00. Sounds like a great bargain.
However, is this misleading advertising?
It does validate shopping around.

Firstly sign up code wasn’t working so they were great and rearm it only to find out the next day that a sale came on and I would have saved more which they could have advised me of but didn't but never the less the earrings arrived a week later

They were noticeably low quality upon opening the cheap cardboard box they came in

No diamond certification comes with them which I have received with every other diamond I've veer purchased. when questioned, They said if I want certification I have to pay extra for it!

The posts /bars are too short and can’t fit any normal ear.
Would fit a babies ear maybe but even next to my kids ears they're still too small.

Also the claps don’t stay closed and kept popping open risking losing them which I would have thought would be a warranty issue but they won't even accept that either?

I sent a message about the issues and they simply said “earrings are non refundable due to hygiene” and that was it.

And then they ignored me when I questioned the lack of diamond certification and ignored the fact that they are faulty.

So it’s my fault for not reading the fine print I guess so I overpaid and got ripped off sadly.

Very poor quality and very lacking service and won't be buying again.

I’m now stuck with earrings that can’t be worn and wasted money.

I have another pair from a different jeweller supposedly same specifications (larger one pictured) and you can see the post is way too short compared to a standard earring.

They keep coming undone and are useless
