So far at the beginning of this process with making the molds and taking pictures and creating a file for my veneers, so they fit perfectly the service that I have received has been phenomenal and very detailed. I can’t wait to see the final product.

Was rejected requested a refund and denied so did another kit , rejected told them I just wanted my back , git email saying 14 day return policy from placing order which is ridiculous considering I never recieved what I bought tried to contact and their no number for refund department and the actually company cant help cause it separate department so ridiculous been almost month and half and haven't recieved my refund

Received the impression kit quickly, instructions were easy to follow. Shiny smile was quick to contact me about receiving my impressions.

I have tried making my impressions three times and never got it right, so I decided I wanted to quit trying. But shiny smiles veneers didn’t give up on me, they were willing to offer me a complimentary impression kit for me to try again and I really appreciated how they cared about me getting my impressions right shows me the professionalism and high standards this company has. So very grateful to shiny smiles veneers for their dedication to its customers. I truly would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to improve their smile. Shiny Smile Veneers are the way to go.

So far the process has been very good. I got my kit sent it back but had to redo my top impressions. They have kept me updated every step so far. Once I get the final product I will definitely give another review.

I am still waiting for my Shiny Smile veneers after almost six months. That timeline includes more than four months of waiting for my replacement top veneer after the original had issues.

The additional problem was that they were never able to produce a usable set of lower veneers despite more than 10 separate impression attempts. Each time I was asked to repeat the process, I was hopeful we were finally getting closer to a solution, but the result was always the same. The process became incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing.

To make matters worse, I only received a partial refund of the $500+ I paid for both the upper and lower veneers, even though the lower veneers were never successfully completed. After months of delays, repeated impressions, and an incomplete order, I expected the company to stand behind its product and make things right, but I am still waiting on my order from February 11, 2026. It's now July 2, 2026. Just ridiculous.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shiny Smile for this service. Producing custom veneers is their core business, yet they've still been unable to deliver a finished product after nearly six months and numerous attempts. The lack of quality control, communication, and customer resolution turned what should have been an exciting purchase into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.

Excellent service to achieve best quality product

Shineysmile has gave me my confidence back that was stripped from me due to my teeth. I couldn’t be more thankful for them and even helped me with my remake process. I researched multiple places and I’m glad I went with them and recommended them to everyone that ask.

This is my very first time dealing with dental work through the mail and having to do this on my own with no one around at home, and it was so amazing- the experience and everything I learned In the process. The customer support has been outstanding and amazing along the way- thank you for being there’s once you buy your veneers online they reach out promptly and also gives you a number to reach. Although my process with ShinySmile Veneers is not complete I wanted to write a review..started in March and due to issues with my impressions it's taken longer than I expected. The customer service has been wonderful getting me through this..I'm having to have a remake on top vaneers hoping to have a good outcome and they are on top of it.

Follow direction sent 2 set both rejected. All this place does is STEAL your money.

Best decision I ever made was purchasing shiny smile veneers! My confidence was boosted by 1,000%. I was getting compliments left and right! Finally a product that not only helped me smile again but literally changed my life in more ways than one. Also customer service they go above and beyond for you. If for some reason they don’t fit or there is any issue with your veneers if you shoot a email to them they will do whatever is necessary to make sure your happy with your new veneers. They even give you a 15 month warranty so if anything happens you can get a replacement pair. I have bought veneers from 3 different companies and ShinySmileVeneers is my #1 company with the best quality out of the other 2 companies. Thanks again ShinySmileVeneers for giving me my smile back!!!

THIS COMANY TRIED SCAMMING ME. I ordered my veneers back in November 2025, and have only received 1 of my veneers and not both sets. I had to go back to my bank to reverse the charge and make them honor the agreement. They will waste your time and try to pay you for reviews and also fail to do so. Don't trust them! You've been warned ⚠️

Great company pretty fast shipping and turnaround time too I didnt pay for extra fast shipping and still recieved very fast.If you have a problem they will fix it for sure.Look very very good and I dont want to leave the house without them.Take times to get used to and your tongue will be feeling them alot this is normal but will go away after some time
