Speedy and free testing and medication. Quick and detailed responses to inform me on medication and testing related questions and help seems very readily available if you reach out. Great service.

It is a very easy-to-use website and communication is very good. Clear instructions, FAQs etc. - text messages etc. However, a couple of things to note:

1) Despite me always ticking the box to say I'm not comfortable doing the bloods, they still always provide me with the equipment. I feel like this could have gone to someone who was actually going to use it, and makes me feel conscious about wasting resources. There should be a hard option to opt out of the bloods so that one only receives the urine and swab kits.

2) Depending on what day you post, it can be a bit of a waiting game as Royal Mail speed can really vary. I've had it before where I've posted on a Monday and had results back by Thursday; equally, I've had it before where I've posted on a Monday and not had the results back until the following Monday. I miss being able to just do the swabs then and there in the clinic to cut out the additional time and costs associated with posting.

I have been using this service for a number of years now and the service provided could not
be better in terms of the convenience and efficiency. No need for appointments and no waiting in waiting rooms. The collecting of samples could not be simpler and the results are quick. No embarrassing consultations and its very discreet and its free.
