I ordered 3 styles of boots to choose from, only 2 pairs arrived. When I enquired I had a prompt response to say the 3rd pair would not available for a couple of weeks (pre-order).
I cancelled the order and was refunded the same day. Excellent service thank you.

Excellent customer service at McArthurGlen store
I was returning a pair of shoes as one had started leaking after only 7 months. The staff were very helpful and I was able to find a very nice pair which were the same price as my previous ones. No fuss, no hassle and very professional.

Unfortunately the lovely boots I ordered were a pre order and were going to be delayed for several weeks. Due to needing boots asap I was given a full refund within minutes of requesting. Very happy with prompt reply and will look to re-ordering these boots at a later date.

Pavers customer service spot on.
The customer service at pavers is exceptional. I emailed in the morning to ask how to be removed from their postal mailing list. I was replied to pretty much straight away with every email I sent and have been removed from the mailing list within the day.
