Pavers Hereford

Shopped at Pavers in Hereford today. Excellent selection. Staff are really friendly with good banter and as much help as you want. Will definitely be back.

I am really impressed

I am really impressed. Fault on a pair of Pavers sandals was rectified IMMEDIATELY with no hassle and a credit note issued all within 24 hours.
I had forgotten what it is like to be treated like a valued customer. Well done Nadine and Co.

Great Customer Service

I called in because there was a delay in my order being dispatched. The lovely Nadine was supportive throughout the call. She helped me ring the stores to check size availability, she was very transparent and also offered alternative solutions that included a next day delivery to make up for the delays. The shoes came on time and fit perfectly.

This is what great customer service is all about - going the extra mile and Nadine did just that and I say thank you Nadine for a pleasant experience!

I love my new sandals

I love my new sandals! Super comfy and with non slip soles which I need here living in Malta as our pavements are a bit dodgy ha! Looking forward now to viewing the winter boots!

What amazing service I was lucky enough…

What amazing service I was lucky enough to have whilst trying to sort out a rather complex delivery to London from a store in Grantham of a pair of replacement discontinued sandals. I bought the same pair 2 years ago and love them so much I wanted to get another pair.
The chap I dealt with was so very helpful and pleasant.
The shoes arrived safely within the allotted timescale and I am delighted with them.
THANK YOU PAVERS you are fantastic.

Outstanding customer service

My original order disappeared into the black hole of Royal Mail. A quick call to customer services and they have posted out a replacement on the basis that the original order will find it's way back to them or, should it arrive, that I will simply return it. No quibbles, no questions. Excellent customer service.

Beautiful, comfortable shoes

I received my shoes within 3 days, however one of the shoes was damaged. I rang up and was advised to send them, back which I did the same day, I received the replacement 48hours later. The best customer service I have come across in a long time. The shoes were fantastic. Thankyou Pavers

I wanted the shoes for going on…

I wanted the shoes for going on holiday. I didn’t hear from you in time. I must admit I would have probably have sent them back. They are just “ all right” they were not exactly as I wanted. As we were going away on holiday when when they arrived, I didn’t have time. I just had so much to do, I just kept them.

Appalling service

I ordered a pair of slippers and waited patiently for them to arrive. After a couple of weeks, I emailed to ask when I could expect to receive them. I got 2 replies (from 2 different people) within a minute of each other. One reply said the parcel had been lost while the other said the slippers were out of stock but they had managed to source a pair for me. I then waited for another couple of weeks but heard nothing.
Finally I requested a refund as it looked unlikely that I was ever going to get the slippers. They did send the refund straight away but I suspect I wouldn't have heard any more from them if I hadn't contacted them. I will not be dealing with this company again.
