My new shoes are amazing, very good when you are on your feet for a long time , highly recommend, I will suggest that you stick to your original size as I went up half size which ended up slightly bigger, still very good , thank you next time I order the correct size

Assistant very helpful and patient and shoes are comfortable. Also the person I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful about keeping a pair of boots which I have ordered till I am next in Stratford.
I hope they will fit as well as the shoes!

All round excellent service
We arrived very early for our appointment but were still seen straight away. Lizzie started the appointment by introducing herself, measured my mother’s feet with care, and was very kind and patient while we decided what to buy. It is reassuring that a shop like this exists as my mother has not been able to find shoes that fit her properly anywhere else.
