Mobile app and Web app do not work. The app does not track purchased items: it is always waiting to connect. One cannot add a Passkey even if following the support article or the instructions of the very poor AI chat support.

I received an item that was not what I ordered. Contacted the seller and Shop to report it. THIS PLATFORM IS A SCAM FOR DODGY PRODUCTS.

Seems to be a front for id theft. If i could give 0 stars I would. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Want to pay your bill? Every time you log onto the app it will tell you there is some sort of problem and prevent you from paying your installment. Want to call to get that sorted? They'll ask you for waaay more information than should be necessary to access your account. Are you trying to make sure you can steal my identity? And if you get mad at them, or frustrated, they will hang up on you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and maybe don't use companies who partner with these scammers. WTF guys. I. Just. Want. To. Pay. My. Bill. This has literally happened EVERY MONTH since I started this installment payment.

I have ordered an item and this has been returned to the sender since then I have emailed them and no replies it is embarrassing and I wish could not do business with them. But my advice is think about it.

Every time I’ve purchased anything from Shop it’s failed to deliver on time it’s almost as if it takes longer because there’s another component in the chain and with respect to tracking when you order from the site of the chosen product it gives you a delivery time frame unlike shop where it just turns up randomly. I’ve deleted the account and will never use it again.

Shopitte & Dealepicenter are SCAMs. On 2/11/26 I was charges $9.97 from Shopitte. The next day I was charged $19.97 from dealepicenter. Both companies are SCAM companies and are actually the same company. When I called, they lied to me about why I was charged. They said I had signed up with them way back and now my trial basis was now a full membership. That was a lie. I NEVER sign up for things that do that (trial until you cancel type).
They said they would reverse the charges, which they did, but they are TOTALLY A SCAM company.

Doubles up legitimate tracking but always late info just doubles up already known info
Terrible app

Absolute garbage and the only reason it exists is to fill your device full of spam and adverts. Does not 'track' in any sense of the word.

The shop app doesn’t have the tracking and order and reorder and it’s a scam
So I will delete the shop app soon.

Purchased products from a shop on this site and App. The company doesn’t even exist!!! No support no way to contact support just have to get refund from Bank.

I used Shop app to buy silhouette vases and have never received my order despite emailing silhouette vases four times! I thought that I would be safe using Shop app but unfortunately I cannot make contact with Shop either.

They allow scam stores to sell from their app and have no way for you to report it. The report just goes to the merchant. Shady! Shady! Deleting that app!

Order not delivered. It’s been45 days. The owners SHOP (SHOPIFY) isn’t responding either. Seems that I need to sue here. FYI: Don’t shop on SHOP app or website. Thieves.

Ordered number plate frames from personality frames and never received goods, tried contacting them several times via email with no success order placed January order number 1016

They store all my information, even after I have requested to delete my account. How is this even legal? Operating out of Canada. When you want to close your account, they will handle this as a "request" not an order. This is a shady, underhand outfit, and I will no longer use any online stores that use Shop.

Downloaded this in order to track the details of a parcel delivery but after installing it wanted access to number of other apps and then it was just full of adverts for stuff I have no interest in.
I couldn't see how to find the tracking inforamtion I was looking for so immediately uninstalled.

Its poor beyond belief there is no way of gettting any verification codes to verify account

It’s a shame there isn’t an option to leave negative stars. I purchased an item through the Shop app and have been unable to contact the company directly, so I reached out to Shop’s support team for help. Unfortunately, the word “support” seems to mean the complete opposite here. Every response simply tells me to contact the vendor — yet the purchase was made through their app, so I expected at least some level of assistance.
It’s now very clear that Shop offers no meaningful support at all. Until this issue, I was happy with the app, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I will avoid using it in future and will choose alternative purchasing methods if Shop is the only option. Strongly advise others to be aware of the lack of support.
