EVERY single order I've placed using Shop has been an utter delivery disaster! Worse, they keep hijacking orders that I've been trying to place directly with vendors and mess up my billing and delivery option. this app has cost me several hundred dollars in bad deliveries that I could neither recover or acquire refunds. If I can ever figure out how to get ahold of them I will find a way to sue the hell out of them just for the frustration they've caused me. And I can't seem to get them out of my life. They keep hijacking my purchases!

I have bought 2 different products from 2 different stores on shop which turned out to be scams. The ingrame shop scammed me for $63.00 and Faith corner scammed me for $46.00. Shop app is the worst app to shop at! Would not recommend this site not even to my enemy 🤬

DO NOT use this app to purchase anything. They responded to you with an automated response using different names. They do not help you get help with your orders and promote scammer companies

Placed an order with Jersey Sports. Never received the order and never received a refund. Emailed seller various times and no reply!

Total scam! DO NOT USE!

3 orders never showed up one was delivered to an address in London nowhere near my location. The other two never arrived sellers ignore emails absolute joke of a website scammers they ignore your emails and issues

The Shop app is a 'push' marketing platform masquerading as an order tracking app. If you want to track an order use the courier's own app. The Shop app just floods you with products from companies on whose website you've used Shop to complete an oprder. Even this offers nothiong over Apple/Google pay. I wouldn't bother with Shop at all unless it can demonstrate any added value for the end user.

In some cases Shop app is fine, however when shopping and sites force me to use the App is something different entirely. I recently ordered Bullymax dog food it was $55, $61 Yotal with shipping. However, it tried to force me to use the Shop app which then Charged me $79 with shipping.Huge financial difference of $18. I left both Apps and went to Amazon, faster delivery 10% promo code and $61 Total received in 2 days... I may never use the Shop app again after that Blunder.
I advise p we ople to Shop around before using their app, especially if a site referred you there!!!

Not much more I can add to the comments about shop I used a company called Elarie shop selling products for Dogs all the usual, not delivered in the time frame not able to track no real info on the tracking page They now have my personal details I ordered goods on the 3 rd feb, it’s now The 18 th Feb, I called my Bank and They know about Elare Shop , I’m waiting for paperwork from my Bank , Don’t order from these people ,

I temporarily installed this app because the seller provided no other tracking info other than a Shop QR code.

Shop app is junk, on first login, it claims "order delivered 2 hours ago" - great, except it hasn't been.

I clicked for further tracking details (i.e. courier time stamps) and the app is forever stuck at "Waiting for details"

Spammy app that is unable to provide meaningful tracking info, but attempts data mining directly and also advertises for dubious retailers.

I was careful to only access it using an email account I can afford to delete and verification code. Deleted my Shop account details within the app and then deleted the app,

I won't be using that piece of crap again!

Minifaith- Advertised on Facebook. Is a scam company that sent a worthless counterfeit product that I paid for through Shop. The book advertised and shown in the order confirmation was a larger spiral bound book. Which is not what I received. The the books had errors. Page 2 first fill in the blank has the right letters for light but not enough boxes... light is 5 letters there's only 4 boxes. Quotes from the Bible are wrong. Page 4 also says Vesus! Instead of Jesus. This product is worthless. The ad said satisfaction was guaranteed but I reached out 5 times for a refund with no answer.

I guess I am in good company when I say that my experience with Shop has been so negative that I will NEVER again buy from a company that uses them. I wish that I could rate them as a zero or less. They have violated my peace of mind regarding the security of my personal information. I ordered something to be shipped to a specific address and charged it to a specific credit card. Shop’s software took the email address that I used and paired it with a DIFFERENT shipping address and a DIFFERENT credit card, which I had not given them. This is a bad, bad company and I don’t know why businesses use them. Maybe because they are cheap, and you get what you pay for!

Impossible to get customer service help. They support stores that are notorious for not getting back to the customer. Delete. Not worth it.

Well they said I was gonna receive it on Saturday never happened. Then they said they delivered it Sunday that did not take place. Then on Tuesday they said they were delivering it and that never happened trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth beware do not go through this from your GMA steals and deals!!!!

Ordered a pilates board from a company called Lunexan. Not received. No response from emails to company. Reported on app. Gotta wait 30 days now for MasterCard before I can even claim.

Do not click this with the ten-foot-pole !

Mobile app and Web app do not work. The app does not track purchased items: it is always waiting to connect. One cannot add a Passkey even if following the support article or the instructions of the very poor AI chat support.

I received an item that was not what I ordered. Contacted the seller and Shop to report it. THIS PLATFORM IS A SCAM FOR DODGY PRODUCTS.
