Hope everyone knows that 1 star is unfortunately the lowest you can score. Tried leaving a well earn negative feedback on a product I bought through Shop. The negative feedback wasn't displayed but unfortunately the positive ones remained. Obviously a dishonest service.

Zero stars. Absolutely awful. Usually and up until today the have been quite a useful tool all orders in one place, shipping updates, two step authentication, seemed pretty legit until today. I get a notification this morning from Shop app confirming an order for an IPHONE for 345£ shipping to Germany using my name but not quite right and using my email address the merchant is ProfitStack Hub however no confirmation email was received therefore I could not get the URL which means I could not even email Shop app, I could not contact the merchant when I clicked their link I was taken to a number for PayPal refunds… hmmmm? Called the number and the man said don’t worry we’ll sort this out and I questioned how do I even know you’re PayPal, he said just Google PayPal number which I did told him it was completely different to the number I was calling and put the phone down. I then spent ages deleting my card details contacting my banks, PayPal freezing cards, I even phoned Affirm (Shops customer service and credit company) and guess what they couldn’t help they couldn’t provide numbers or email addresses and the order is still sitting on my page as pending. Omg the grief and hours spent today sorting this out. This evening I’ve checked again the order is still there, iPhone £345 vendor page is now showing an error and I still can’t cancel or contact anyone. ARGH

Absolutely shocking what this company is doing to its customers! 2 orders which i ordered through SHOP have never appeared at my door and I was told by them to take it up with the company I had purchased it on, eh already done that Sherlock and still no communication!!!

To start with it was good but all of a sudden they will not deliver my last two orders!! I keep contacting them by sending messages and emails but no reply, nothing!!!
They have basically taken my money and will not send me my orders!!!
Do not use shop whatever you do!!
Order from companies sites themselves .
I will be contacting my bank and tell them about shop and see if they can get my money back?

Avoid this app

When I first got this app, it was great. I’ve had it years
This past six months I had had nothing but trouble with it
Hijacking orders.
ordering things I have no clue about
Won’t let me pay for orders
won’t let me change personal details apart from my bank account of course
As I am still waiting on two parcel's That it has hijacked I will be deleting the app as soon as I get my order
For date of experience, I have put the past month even though it’s been going on for awhile now

I was having trouble getting my product…

I was having trouble getting my product into the cart. The seller jumped through hoops to help me get this accomplished, and SHOP just wasn't available, "Leave a Message" and we'll get back to you. Heres the message close the "Shop". Your help came to late by about 24 hours. Your app is useless. I have uninstalled it. Why don't you try something different like tracking the bad reviews then make a decision to take you crumby app off the net ad just quit.

My best recommendation is to cancel all affiliated pay methods, and delete this app immediately. There is no customer service whatsoever. You are unable to delete cards from your account profile payment platform, and they will not assist you with any merchant related issues. Use a more reputable company like PayPal for actual buyer protection. Shop.app is basically a fraud site in itself.

This website is horrible along with the sites they allow to on it. Ordered from a site on there. Never received my purchase and now the site it unavailable. I’m pretty sure it was a scam and Shop should be held responsible just as much as the site. Do not purchase anything thru Shop!!!!!!!

I will never use this app again!

I will never use this app again. After placing an order for an item through another questionable online store, Pulse of Potential, the Shop app then placed 2 more orders for the same items without my placing them. I tried to cancel the entire order in the Shop app, but it said I had to go through Pulse of Potential. Since part of the order contained a download which was immediately sent to me, Shop now will not cancel the order because of the download which I didn't even open. I am very angry and hope others see this because Shop is as unreliable as Pulse of Potential evidently is!

SHOP will not help with a problem

SHOP do not help you when you have a rouge supplier. You are on your own and the supplier knows it. You are much better to only deal with suppliers who except PAYPAL, they at least will listen and hold the supplier accountable for their dishonest dealings, SHOP simply don’t care.

Beware - Watch your Checklist Account

I have ordered from the SHOP app quite a few times. The last 4 times I have ordered through them I have noticed that my checking account has had other charges. Not from any vendors that I have used. This time there was only one, last time there were 4. I can’t seem to figure out how to contact them so I’m just out my money.

How horrible are these people?
I accidentally did not UNCLICK the box to tell them to not keep my credit card #. They count on this. They make me open an account to go delete the card and they won't let me. It said -card delete failure- everytime I tried. So I go to delete the account. IT SAYS IT WILL BE DELETED WITHIN 30 DAYS!!! I want to buy from small businesses online, but I won't anymore. I will have to stick to eBay and anyone else who does not use Shop for the checkout process.

I bought 2 sweat suit set from Malors and paid with shop , Do not i do not buy from this company and do not pay the shop , I’ve been waiting almost a month for expedited shipping , My package was out for delivery for 4 days , Today it was supposed to have been delivered at 4am , It was never delivered ,I purchased my on 1/19/26 , Shop can’t help but they can pay the seller, Malors has responded to my emails , This is by far the worst buying experience in my 60 years of live . Please don’t be another victim , Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank , And if you’re having the same issue, Go to your bank , If companies don’t accept PayPal it’s a good chance that it’s a scam.

Complete scam of a "service".
I received completely wrong item and the seller deliberately got address.and phone number wrong and while the product was shipping the store shut disappeared.
Shop App has zero real contact method. Just an AI bot that sends you to your bank to try and get a refund. ABSOLUTE SCAM!
