Absolutely disgusting company and the customer service is DREADFUL. I ordered a tv and realised I had ordered incorrectly. Immediately cancelled it but it took 3 DAYS for them to respond and my order arrived. Even their own staff sent an email to cancel it but they deny getting an email. I also went on website and filled the contact form. There is no phone yet the emails they send have phone number links (which is for the EE BROADBAND AND MOBILE, so why is that on their emails and website. I am severely disabled and cannot return this item physically. I DO NOT KNOW how to return it plus I DO NOT KNOW the weight. I have asked and asked. It is despicable how a disabled person has been treated. I phoned the phone number in tears.

The product I received seemed to fulfil my expectation. However, the delivery was a bit slow. It took around 5 days to get my product. But nonetheless, the service is much appreciated.

TV arrived box opened. Rejected delivery, no response to resolve via email, currently been on the phone for over an hour on hold trying to sort a simple matter, not great service and no direct contact number for EE shop

Easy to order digital voice adaptor and delivered in reasonable time. Website clear and easy to navigate.

Digital Voice adapter sent in good time once order placed. Placing order with EE was straightforward after having to do research and determining that I need to order adapter separately. Unsure why it couldn't have been sent with new router on switch-over. Had no voice service for a week.

I’m still waiting for my order (2nd September) over a week later..been sent an invoice then over a week later..a ‘how did we do’ email. In fairness Parcel force neither leave a calling card or wait for the door to be answered..also EE online store are shambolic at responding to email …providing the correct email tracking info at the time of ordering…forget trying to speak to someone…..The two combined poor customer/delivery service is enough to raise anyone’s blood pressure. I live in Surrey.

So I bought apple ipod headphones and a separate Bluetooth speaker. Can't fault the service or price the Bluetooth speaker was half the price of a well-known store

Now waiting 10 days for order to arrive. Tracking indicates it has been returned to depot, yet I had no notification of attempted deliveries or request to re-arrange. Having contacted the EE Store there is just no response.
If this continues as it is panning out, I am going to need to seek a refund via the credit card company.
Exceptionally poor customer service by DHL eCommerce and EE Store.

The purchase was straightforward and delivery prompt, which was good. However, package was delivered damaged and the amount of protective packaging was not sufficient to protect the phone. Concerned the phone may have been damaged in transit for both reasons.

Ordered headphones over 10 days ago. Haven’t received them. No update on tracking and can’t get through to customer services to locate them.
