Noticed Patagonia Cragsmith with 40% discount. After checking the color selection, noticed that black color has only 10% discount. Asked customer service if they could match the discount. After contacting them, they removed 40% discount overall. To sum up - customer asks regarding the discount, they increase the prices, Avoid, avoid, avoid. Thanks to Matteo for being totally useless.

Ordered a climbing shoe for an amazing price on Black Friday.

The wrong item arrived instead. I must admit, the customer service was fast to respond, send a return label and refund me the item.

But I missed the opportunity to buy something on sale since I was forced to return the items incorrectly sent, and I was not given an opportunity to get the item I ordered on the first place, or a discount code to be able to order the same item again with the Black Friday price.

Do not buy from epic tv if you are ordering from outside the uk! i ordered shoes. They didnt fit me. It cost me 35 euros just to send them back! beware of this

Got my package, but only 2\3 items received. Contacted support regarding the issue and they owned their mistake immediately. Shipped me the missing item the very same day. Very fast communication, top notch service !

My things arrived two days earlier than the original date of delivery, just great on time for the weekend. My quickdraws came in well packed and with no damage at all (regular DPD delivery service, UK to Rome,Italy).

The website is nice, ordering is easy, and shipping is fast. The bad thing is that some products are out of stock, so you have to wait for restocking. Except that, buying from Epic TV was pleasant.

I am happy with EpicTV service, all 3 purchases has been smooth. My gears were delivered to Malaysia within 2-3 days intact. I have no problem getting gears that I needed. My only hope is EpicTV can restock soon.

Provided a defective product, promised a replacement part, have not provided the replacement part and would not provide a timescale for the replacement. Customer service keeps mixing up my issue with other customer's complaints and will not give me a straight answer.

In reply to the response from epictv, this further proves my point. Epictv had lied to me saying they were not able to send me a replacement part anymore, I have now received the replacement part from them (albeit not the correct one, but one that works), they had also stated that they could only send back a replacement backpack once I return the original (they are now saying they've sent a replacement already). I cannot get a straight answer from any of them by email, every time I contact them they provide contradictory statements and don't actually answer the questions I have asked about the process.

I have bought from EpicTV a few times and always get unbeatable prices and quick postage.
After receiving the wrong package I had to contact the EpicTV customer service and was contacted very quickly by a friendly staff member who helped me resolve my issue with ease.
All in all very fast and responsive team, great prices and postage times. I am excited to continue buying from you guys in the future.

Wow! Was initially a little dubious - somehow the name of the company sounded a little weird. But trusted all would be good - and it was better than good - it was outstanding! Lowest price anywhere for a thermarest top of the range sleeping mat, which I hoped, but wasn’t sure, would arrive in time for my partner’s birthday tomorrow. I ordered it late yesterday morning & it arrived this morning! Outstanding service. Huge appreciation and thanks!

Epic tv has affordable prices for quality gears. The ship your orders fast. It took 5 days to deliver to new zealand.

Fantastic online shopping experience. EpicTv were super competitive with their pricing - I wanted some La Sportiva approach shoes and they were cheapest here and had my size in stock. I’m based in the UK so expected a delivery time of 3/4 days but they arrived next day which was better than expected! Will definitely shop here again. Very highly recommended 😎👍🏼

It was my first experience buying on EpicTV Shop even if I knew the store for a while. Communication was spot on and the package was sent on the same day I placed the order.
