Shoes fell apart after being worn less…

Shoes fell apart after being worn less than 10 times. All the foam in the rolling arch crumbled into tiny particles. Really shocked. Shoes look brand new and this happened. Wasted my money.

In general, all out products come with an original MBT® brand certificate. There is a 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase. Inappropriate use and/or care of MBT footwear will void the warranty. For more information regarding the use and care of your MBT footwear, see the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of this web page. If, due to a manufacturing defect, any of our products don’t meet our standards of quality, we will refund your money or exchange the footwear in question.

To begin the refund or exchange process due to defects, write an email to customerservice.uk@mbt.com and present the original sales receipt, the card payment slip, the web order number, the name the purchase was made under and a photo of the product. With this information we will assess your case and MBT will determine whether the item is defective or not. If we determine that an exchange or refund is appropriate, Customer Service will provide you with a return authorisation number, and will organise the collection and subsequent delivery of the new pair, as stipulated, or the refund for the amount, as agreed.

MBT - why don't you sell larger sizes?????? Crazy!!

I have arthritis in the ankles, MBT shoes over the past 8 years have literally made my life bearable again and they are by far the best shoes I have ever found. They are life changing and enable me to walk around perhaps 10x longer than a normal shoe without pain. BUT!!
It used to be easy to get hold of UK size 12 (Europe 47) and it has now become impossible. I need a simple black shoe suitable for my job in a professional environment and I need to be able to buy a simple navy, grey or black trainer for wearing with jeans at the weekend. I have fed this simple request in to their Head office over and over and over again and still they persist in ignoring supplying shoes in what is a very common UK size in other brands. Walk into any high street store in the UK like Clarks, Loake, Sketchers etc and you can buy UK size 12 no problem but look for an MBT and it's impossible to find anything bigger than a 10!!! It's absolutely ridiculous and MBT are missing out on sales of their shoes to men with larger feet in the UK and Europe.

Look at the MBT USA website and you will see that larger sizes like mine are easily available but you can't order them from Europe!!! SO MBT ACTUALLY DO MAKE LARGER SIZES BUT THEIR STUPID EUROPEAN AND UK IMPORTER REFUSES TO BRING THEM IN!! The American's aren't the only ones with larger feet you know!!!!

MBT shoes are a life changer for anybody with arthritis but sadly because they refuse to sell shoes in size 12/47 in the UK they aren't changing my life any more. Get your act together MBT!!!!!

Misleading site with no customer support

I purchased a pair of sandals (10/14/22) and was really looking forward to them. I was a bit hesitant to order because it’s international, but I trusted it was fine and placed my order because I couldn’t find this in the U.S. I received an email confirming the transaction was successful and to not be alarmed by the merchant identification that it was for tracking only. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response and there is no phone number to call. The transaction amount was also higher than indicated in my cart. I’m very disappointed in this company now.

Poor quality

Terrible company. Send wrong size shoes and then refuse to part cover or full cover cost of returning items. This has happened on more than one occasion. The shoes themselves are of poor quality that do not last.

Terrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails which is the only communication channel they have.

Over 10 days

Over 10 days, no sign of my purchase, that is not so worrying as the complete lack of communication.

Very worried now as the order is showing as complete on the website, Does that mean they've been lost in transit? I have no idea and have not received an answer to query.

Poor customer service - refund parcel for the refund twice

I purchased a pair of shoes online, however, it was too small. I returned them back to Spain and hoping for a refund. It turns out that MBT Wearhouse has refused my parcel twice. Now I am stuck with no refund and customer service never responds to my email. Please avoid!!

I have been wearing MBTs since 2012

I have been wearing MBTs since 2012. The shoes were great as long as we lived in the city with side walks or shopping in town. Once we moved to the Rockies I found I was wearing their sports shoes because of unstable ground, gravel. In the spring of 2021 I bought their speed 1000 that lasted me just 11 months. When I ordered on line again, those new ones started killing my left foot within 2 weeks. I called and they replaced the shoe with a different style from their everyday collection. The entire upper is a mesh with an elastic strap around the heel and has a memory foam insert. No side to side motion protection. Feet hurt within 3 days. I called again to complain. The email response I got tells me their receptionist did not listen to me at all. They finally did offer me a refund… but I said I would keep these shoes as gardening shoes and never do business with them again. Mistake in not getting the refund, these shoes won’t even work as gardening shoes for me. No support for my feet at all. These shoes are made in China and very poor quality. I went into Colorado Springs to Comfort Shoes where they looked at my feet carefully before recommending a shoe for me. I now wear Xelero. Wonderful support size to side and front to back. Will never buy MBTs again.

The product and its delivery were OK.
I gave MBT 3 stars only because of having to give my National Insurance Number to be able to pay in its website. First time I see this.
That feels like another step in the control slavery agenda they are trying to push onto humanity and, unfortunately, MBT seems to be aligned with that. A shame.

Edited after trying them: disappointed with the product, they feel like cheaper shoes than other MBT I bought before. I sink backwards in the memory foam under the heel :(

Problem returning trainers- UPDATE

Delivery arrived today and the shoes are too big. I am now trying to return them. I think it is obvious that MBT have no clue about how to deal with returns from UK to Spain. Ignoring the fact that I have to pay to return the item (that is my fault for not checking the website ) the fact that MBT provide NONE of the paperwork needed without which the parcel will sit in customs makes me think that it is a way of keeping down the number of returns . I am now stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear and with no way of getting a refund.
This could so easily be solved if MBT wanted to do it as some couriers can streamline the system ….I have done it many times with a clothes company in Europe.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SENT ME THE LETTERS FOR CUSTOMS BUT THE POST OFFICE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM AND GAVE ME A STICKER TO COMPLETE. TODAY THE TRAINER WERE RETURNED TO ME. I NOW HAVE TRAINERS WHICH ARE TOO LARGE AND WHICH I CANNOT RETURN AS I AM OUSIDE THE RETURN DATE PLUS I HAVE ALREADY PAID TO RETURN ONCE. THE COMPANY NEEDS TO LOOK AT OTHER SUPPLIERS IN EUROPE AND COPY THEM. I RETURNED AN ITEM TO ITALY WHICH TOOK 5DAYS FROM SENDING USING THEIR COURIER TO RECEIVING REFUND. THAT IS GOOD SERVICE LOOKS LIKE
